I had a leak around one of my plumbing vents, so I gave them a call around 12:30pm. By 4:30pm that day they had come out and repaired two of the boots and added some sealant to a third.

Throughout the afternoon, they called multiple times to keep me informed as to when they could make it out and kept to their word.

The work was done professionally and after the heavy rain the other day everything has held up. Definitely highly recommended!

I'm a do it yourselfer, but when it comes to the roof leaking I had to call in the experts. I choose Allen based off other reviews on citysearch and they were right. He knows what he is doing when it comes to roofing and sticks to his word. He guaranteed his work and had to come back out a few times to finish up all the leaks, but he didn't try to charge me anymore and stayed true to his work guarantee. As for having to come back multiple times to get the problem solved, I think its more my roof which was put on really bad and not a reflection of his work quality. If you need quality roofing work done and a guarantee that it will be done right, you won't be disappointed.

i used allens roofing an repair today to come out an repair some siding trim that had blown off the other night during the storm allen told me he would be at my property at 930 am an he was theyre ontime an verry well spoken he looked at the work gave me a price i agreed on it an he done the job within resonable time an im verry pleased with what he did he also fixed the front of my house an did not even expect anything at all if i had to be honest i would say that on any of youre home needs outside roofing are siding allen is youre man

Like most women out there; I hesitated to call to have work done on my home. Being a single mom with no man to represent me on this, I knew I was going to get taken advandage of. But I DID NOT! Allen was very professional and reasonable price. I now call on him for all of my "hunny do" stuff and he is great. On time, polite, respectful and most of all understands what is like to have a family and kids. I have come to know Allen on a personal level and he is more than my roofer/handy man...he is a friend. Allen does business like to good old days...from his HEART. He is truely pasionate about the quality of his work and will make sure you are also before leaving. I recommend him to any and everyone that needs work done; you will not regret working with him.

We hired this company to repair a roof, gutters and decayed wood. They were to replace decayed wood around windows, caulk and paint, repair gutters and replace cracked items on roof. I almost cried when I saw the results. There is rubberized caulk smeared everywhere. We will have to try to sand the smeared caulk and paint over. The decayed wood piece replacement is too short and was caulked the rest of the way. We will have to replace the gutters because the job was done so poorly. This was not cheap either. Do not hire this company for any wood, caulking or gutter repair.
