I want to start by thanking everyone at Dirty South Customs in Fayetteville. The girls that work there are very helpful and prompt. They were very busy and they handled every customer in the store professionally and and got them everyones order. Very Organized and clean. They took care of my car got me what I wanted in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the Customer Service they give. Even the Installers that did my audio, tint, and wheels were very fast and good. My system sounds great, my tint is flawless and I just love my wheels. I get asked everywhere I go who did my car. I tell everyone to go to Dirty South Customs. Thank you again for all your help and making me feel special. I will be coming back for my other cars and tell everyone to come see you guys. Thank you guys again and thank you for making me feel special.

I had tint put on my 05 impala 2 years ago. I thought it looked good as this was the first tint job i ever had. I sold that car and got a G8 GT and it had wonderful tint. As nice as it was it wasnt NC legal....whole nother story. I had to get the tint removed for inspection. I went to Dirty South as theres not much to choose from in Fayettevlle. It doesnt seem hard to take tint off but i just wasnt in the mood to do it myself. They charged me $100 to remove MOST of the tint....permanently damage driver and passenger door panels....and cut my defrost lines in the top 3/4 of the rear window. Wow thank you so much for your wonderful service i bet i could of paid $200 for that much damage. They dont know how to put tint on...they definently dont know how to take it off. Besides the damage they dont clean up after themselves and they dont clean the windows. They did give me $50 back for the door panels. I didnt know about the defrost till the following week. If they cant do the simple things how could anybody trust them to put wheels and stereos on/in there vehicles.

I purchase A Center Cap for my rims from dirty south customs.. After I made my purchase the lady told me that they didnt have it in stock. She called down to the main store to C if they carry the cap,well they didnt.I was told that it can be ordered then, . This Was Jan 2010 now it March 2010 and i still dont have the center cap. every week I call this dam store, answer machine full or no answer. went into the store she couldnt even tell me whn she ordered it ,said paper wrk was put up,and she will call me when it get in and still no center cap. I keep calling they don't even answer the damn phone. but guess wht ,it may not been much money spent but its my money..So i will see you bitchs in court ...I hope this center cap is worth the court cost. yall need to quit fckin with ppl money.dirty south is the best name for this company,dirty motherfckrs

It all began with a purchase of rims and bezel rings from dirty south customs. I purchased the rims on the same day. After I made my purchase the lady told me that they didnt have the bezel rings in stock. She told me that they would call down to the main store to get them. She also told me that they would be overnighted to me. Well as it turns out they didn't have the bezels in there other store. The next thing I was told was that they would be ordered then sent to me on Tuesday, due to a holliday on Monday. Tuesday passed and still no sign of my bezels. Just about every week I would call the store and the rep would tell me, they should be here next week. It has now been ( 3 1/2 months), and still no bezel rings. I don't even get a curtosey call saying we haven't forgot about you. I don't call the store I purchased them from anymore b/c they don't even answer the damn phone. They have a voice mail machine but they don't know how to return phone calls. I have called the main store and one of the managers did give me a straight up answer. If it wasn't for her I would still be siting here thinking my bezels are comeing in. Truth of the matter is the are on back order and they don't know when they are coming in. I would also like to thank the damn sales representative who gave me the owners WRONG NUMBER! If you are the owner of this establishment and you are reading this you should take our reviews into consideration! All the reviews on this page are about how poor your service is.

INCOMPETENT. All I wanted was to get remote start on my truck, but they were too stupid to figure it out. I had to go back four times before I went somewhere else. The customer service was just as bad. The lady behind the counter would rather talk about her nails on the phone than pay any attention to me. I?ve received better attention from a dead corpse. All the workers there need to be fired, the business closed, and the building burned. Here is how my days went.
Day 1: I made a 10:00 appointment to have remote start installed. The guy who does the installation (Chase) didn?t come in until 11:30. When he finally got there he said he forgot his tools at home and had to go back home to get them. It will take 15 minutes he said. He came back at 12:45. He worked on it for a few hours, but then said he couldn?t finish it and to come back the next day at 10:00.
Day 2: I got there at 10:00, but, again, Chase was late. So I waited in the waiting room for an hour and he still hasn?t shown up. I asked the receptionist if he?s showing up, and she said, ?He should be here, but he?s not.? Then she turns back to her friend and starts talking about nails. She ignores me after that.
Day 3: I call up the shop and ask if Chase can finally finish my system. He says, yes, but when I get there he tells me he?s too busy and to try again later.
Day 4: Finally gets a chance to finish it up. He works on it for 20 minutes and can?t figure it out. Therefore, he can?t finish it and I paid them over $100 for this service. I ask for my money back and they refuse. No refunds. They never completed it. Buyer beware. I finally went to Rhudy?s Car Stereo on Murchinsion and they fixed it easily.

Dirty South has a reputation for having incompetent workers. None of the installers there are certified. The majority of the people have to go somewhere else to have their systems fixed after Dirty South messes it up. I would rather get an enema than go back to them.

I finally got a technician to take a look at my car. He told me he had to order a dash kit to fit my car and that it would be in the next week. (This was on a Thursday.) I called for 3 weeks with no luck of anyone answering the phone. The following week I called. The girl actually answered the phone after I called 3 days in a row. She was very rude and actually corrected me when I told her I had requested a dash kit. She told me that the technician was not longer working there and she had not seen a dash kit for my car come in. I asked her to order it for me, again. This is now the 8th week and I still cannot get an answer at the store. It is either busy, goes straight to voice mail, or no answer. I have had it! After reading the other reviews, I am taking my car to Charleston to Pleasant Sounds.

DO NOT go here if you care about your car or the quality of the service done to your car. The girl that works at the store, shenann is pretty deceptive and doesn't return your phone calls for weeks at a time. She also won't tell you that they DON"T DO ANY WORK HERE in Fayetteville, they take it to Charlotte, where you won't be able to talk to the mechanic who works on your car.
I took my 67 lincoln here to get new wheels, an airbag kit, alarm system, and window tint. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS later (2 months, 2 weeks, and 4 days to be exact) I finally get my car back.
The window tint is not the right shade I asked for.
The alarm system works, but there's a short in my dashboard now and the lights flicker on and off, and the headlights only work if they're on high beams.
They put a battery in my car that was too small for the car alone, much less with an added air compressor system, and I had to go buy a $100 battery when the car died in my driveway.
I gave them 2 window motors to install on the rear windows because they didn't work. They charged me $200 to install 2 window motors, and then they put them on the front windows!
I was overcharged for the wheels, and they didn't even have my old wheels when i went to pick up the car, they left them in the shop in charlotte, and I was overcharged for the airbag system. What's more is that the car sits uneven now, the rear end is a good 8-12 inches higher than the front. Or it did sit higher I should say. Yesterday, I went to lower the rear and the damn airbag snapped off of the rear tire. It's just dangling there now.
I'm taking it to a professional shop tomorrow that doesn't use amateurs to install their equipment.
They even told me at dirty south that my car was a learning experience.
Don't let yours be the same.
