Dr. Jayne has kept me together over the years in my Professional Yacht Racing. She is very straight up and has always followed up to make sure I am doing well. Her concern and welfare of your health goes far beyond the call of duty. I am very lucky to have her as my doctor. She is very detailed in answering your questions and explains them so you understand what is going on.

When my youngest son was born we switched over to Huntersville Pediatrics from another practice because we were moving and we found them to be closer. We had one office visit with Dr. Jayne and then switched to another pediatrician. We thought she was very rude and we did not want our children to be seen there in the future. We have gone on to find a wonderful pediatrician.

Dr. Jayne is a great doctor. But she cancels her appointments frequently. I do not go to the doctor very often and when I do schedule an appointment, I really need to see her. It is hard to get time off in my profession and work schedule. I have to schedule my appointments a month out. She will call and cancel a day or two before my scheduled appointment "due to an emergency". This has happened for the last two scheduled appointments. This is very frustrating. I feel she does not consider her patients and their valuable time.

Dr Jayne has had to meet us at the hospital on numerous occasions to care for a sick child. She is always responsive &respectful and knows what she's talking about!

We are so lucky to have found a doctor that the whole family adores. We never feel rushed, Dr. Jayne takes the time to talk to our children, instead of over their heads, is concerned about their whole health and always answers our questions. In fact, our children don't mind going to the doctor and compete for her attention!

My whole family goes to see Dr Jayne and Huntersville Peds and Internal Medicine and we all love her! She has a great bedside manner, is upfront about everything she is thinking/doing and is very reassuring and thorough. My kids don't even mind going to the doctor because they know she will be there to see them.
