I was having trouble with my new sewing machine and my daughter took it to MdKinney Sew & Vacuum Center to have it repaired. They fixed it very quickly and efficiently. It took no time at all, and soon I was back to sewing again. Since it was still under warranty, there was no charge. They took care of the warranty from the company for me. It was very simple, my machine works, and I was pleased with the work.

I've had problems with some Brother sewing machines and he has fixed them multiple times! He is always friendly and fast. I love having someone I can take my machine to.

He answered all my questions and could find exactly what I was looking for. He's also very honest about the quality of all machines and won't sell you on something he doesn't believe in.

If you are in need of a new sewing machine or vacuum, look no further than McKinney Sew and Vac. The owner is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to sewing machines. I was delighted with my experience in purchasing a serger here and have recommended the store to everyone I know.

Mike was kind enough to take the time to explain the machine to me and to work with me several times after my purchase to help me when I ran into problems.
