Home Team Pest Defense

I signed up for the service based on a referral from my sister in-law in 2006. The first time they come out, they spray outside and on the first floor. Then, they come back every quarter and inspect outside for cobwebs and the like and knock them down. They spray for other insects/pests around the house. Then, if you have any problems, they come back at any time in between for FREE! I had a problem with ants at one point and they came back 3 times to spray and try and figure out where the heck the ants were coming from. Well, finally, i found a piece of rotting fruit at the bottom of a basket in the kids playroom and quickly figured out where the ants were going. They didn't charge me, even though it really wasn't their issue. I've had issues on the kitchen with ants and on the outside with cockroaches. They've come out each time and dealt with it when I called. I think the longest I waited was 3 days and that was because it was a Friday when I called and they couldn't come out until Monday. The people that have come out have always been very friendly and professional. I would recommend them for anyone looking for quality pest control.
