If anyone is considering doing business with it or renting from this complex or parent company, I highly suggest you reconsider.

There is a lack of professional business tactics and a greed seeking company disguising itself as a nice place you would like to become part of the community. This is not the case and you should be warned.

As a result of the economy and ongoing rising healthcare costs, eviction is in some cases unavoidable. However, keeping a former tenant's personal medications and important paperwork serves no purpose. It will not recuperate lost rent. It holds no resale value. It is being done in malice and poor business sense.

To know that a person is currently in chemotherapy yet deny her the human decency to retrieve very important and expensive medication is absurd. It personally makes me want to campaign door to door at your complex to let neighbors know what despicable people they have running their complex and "community".

What will management do with a child's health records, birth certificate and the like? Will it make management and the inferiors that work there feel good to see it go in the trash when it could have been returned to the begging pleading tenant? Will it make your company look like a place that cares about its residents? Will it help you fill empty apartments?

Let this be known to potential renters and directly to the complex personnel and parent company, you disgust me and I fully intend on sharing my opinion every opportunity I get. A negative review will cost you more than keeping things of no value to you but extreme value to someone who is down and out. It's too bad that better business sense, customer service and human compassion had not taught you better.

I am done with this place! They have poor management. Poor maintenance. Poor property and buildings. The management team and workers are very, very unfriendly. They do not care about the tenants as long as they have their rent money. I have had many problems with my apartment and the maintenance team do not respond in a timely manner and do not fix the problem, as my problems kept returning. I have had a ceiling where water soaked the wall and all the maintenance did was spray paint the wall with white spray paint. The maintenance come into the apartment during the day when I am not home and have stolen food out of the refrigerator. I've reported them to management, but nothing was done. The rent pricing is far too high for 21 year old apartments. The remodled apartments are badly done. They do not clean the dog pen areas the smell is there every time I come and go from the apartment building. They showed us a great model, but do not be deceived. The floor boards are uneven under the carpet. This place should be condemned. I have moved into the Ballentyne area that has 5 yr old buildings and pay rent far cheaper than Reafield Village. This place has a lot of turnovers in renters, hence a bad place to rent.

This complex sells far more than it delivers. You will always have the stench of your neighbor's dog doing its business outside your window. The attitude after you sign a lease is ""Screw You, Pay me"" . This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in for the price, and you can do MUCH better at a place in Ballantyne area for less money. I am just looking for a way to get out of this lease, as this place is a hole. The apartments are old and tired, even after ""Re-Models"", There is garbage always strewn around the dumpsters, and response to maintence issues is absolutely terrible. The complex allows pets, but nobody enforces the pet rule, so there is dog mess everywhere.\r\n\r\nThey may show you a ""model"" apartment, but don't be fooled...it is nothing like the thing you will actually occupy.\r\n\r\nSTAY AWAY!!!!!! You can do far better for the money in a nicer place, just a mile or so down the road!
