I was a patient at Dr Magno's for two years. For the most part, the procedures were okay. However, for lack of caring, I left the practice. The last time I was there, I bit the inside of my cheek. The dentist and his assistant never noticed (i had novocain) - they hadn't protected my cheek when they asked me to bite down on the test paper. i was left with a sore in my mouth for over a week. Another time, they said my appointment was at 1015, i had 1045 down and when they called to confirm, they told my husband 1045. the card that they sent in the mail said 1045. i got there at 1040 and they told me I was late and had to come another day. the next appointment would be in several weeks. i was not happy - and when confronting them with the proof, they did not once say that they were sorry for the confusion or mistake, NOTHING. Repeatedly, Dr Magno talks to his nurse as if he met a co-worker in the hallway "yeah, I'm going for a walk, we're trying to get into better shape, etc..." They should keep the chit-chat to a minimum and concentrate more on the patient. I have had cleanings there, one of the girls (blonde) is great, the other (brunette) has the same office attitude as the dentist. there was one front office person that was kind and apologetic, but i didn't see her the last time I was in there. have switched practices. never will go back.
