.

This museum is privately run and big and beautifully done. The exhibits are eye-catching, with life-sized dioramas and historical video clips and short documentaries detailing the development of the U.S. Army paratrooper program, from its start during WWII through the present conflict.

My children particularly love the two "paratroopers" parachuting into the lobby.

Admission is free, and there is a descent gift shop.
