Spa At Biltmore Village Inc

I had a wonderfully relaxing spa day - massage, waxing and facial. The massage was truly outstanding. The waxing was fine, and the same individual gave me a really nice facial. The price is not inexpensive, but the treatments were a good value. There were nice little exras - tea and ice water, neck warmers, better slippers than most spas. The staff was extremely nice to me on my first trip in. No down side.

I went to the Spa at BiltmoreVillage Inc. for a massage treatment to help with tension headaches. I was impressed with the foot bath treatment and the neck roll that was given to you while you waited for your session. The tea was a treat as well. The massage was for a specific problem and was not as relaxing as it could have been through no fault of the massage therapist, just my need for specific treatment. One suggestion that I have for all therapists is to not try to engage customers in conversation, I am there to relax not learn anything or have to respond to questions during the treatment, there was only a bit of conversation but I don't like any during my treatment.
