I was in to Priority Honda for an oil change and Ryan Repchick greeted me. He was very professional in asking questions pertaining to the maintenance of my Honda Civic. Priority Honda is the best!!
My normal service manager is Jim Comey. He is outstanding! He has taken care of my last two Honda Accords. He makes certain I get everything done that I need to and always gets me out in wonderful time! I now drive in from Greensboro so that Jim Comey and Priority Honda can take care of my car that I got from there --and it is worth it to me. Th last time my schedule had me in Greensboro and I needed to get my oil changed, Jim Comey was sick that day-- so Alan Sanchez took care of me. I was a little concerned, but he turned out wonderful and took excellent care of me, too, and got me out very quickly!!

Bought a year earlier than expected due to good trade in value and summer clearance deals. Can't beat the free/included oil changes and inspections either! Would highly recommend Priority. Service department staff are friendly and efficient. Nice waiting room amenities as well.

I went to Priority to lease a Honda Pilot. I have previously used Priority and had good experiences both times. I used the same salesperson (Lester) and had researched my purchase and trade-in before going. I expected some bargaining as before but based on my previous experiences, I expected to get a decent deal. What a letdown. They have changed managers and the new manager is a cartoon caricature of the old used car salesmen of years ago. His first offer was outrageous and then he proceeded to play silly games, passing notes back and forth between himself and the salesman. The salesman knew I had previously bought there and that I was there to buy today...not get played with. I'm too old to deal with silly games. After 3 hours (which I never should have stayed for) we finally reached a deal. Of course, then the manager had to get involved and basically called me rude. I guess it's rude to want to be treated fairly and professionally. I was also a little upset at having to play games for 3 hours to reach a deal. Even with the deal negotiated, I picked up my paperwork and left. I went to Honda of Concord and within an hour negotiated the same deal while being treated respectfully and honestly. I can't understand how Priority could treat a past customer like this. This was even after telling the salesman that I was coming back in 1-2 months to buy another vehicle for my daughter going to college. Their loss, Honda of Concord's gain.

I had the worst experience with this team of salesmen and managers. I was presented with a number of untruths about the status of my car. They were even trying to take advantage of me with pricing - they are very sneaky. Do the math while you are there. I did the calculations on my monthly payments when I got home and learned that they had jacked the price of the car up to make the monthly payments seem high and then they "came down" on the price. I got the same car much less at another dealership in Concord.

If you do plan to visit this dealership, I would avoid Jason Miles and his "manager" Cecil at all costs. After shopping four or five Honda dealerships, either in person or on the internet, I got my best deal at Priority. They give you free oil and filter changes and free state inspections for as long as you own the car. So, they were certainly the best value, they were local and my salesperson Danny was great.

Black guy Joe Ross is tall with curly hair...he was a liar and gave me a crappy deal. He distracts you at his desk playing movies and plays solitaire on his cellphone when he should be trying to get you the best deal. Slimy, snakes here, I'd shop around more before your purchase anything here...I did not get the feeling that they cared about the customer

I took my Acura There to have the BRAND NEW RE manned transmission looked at. It was leaking fluid..... Remanned means better than brand new as it has been through thousands of inspections...hands on from HONDA ANS ACURA transmissions in CA. A remanned transmission comes with a wrranty....well one would expect that honda would be honest and true to someone new to the area....uh NOT>>>> I was told that I had a "Cracked Case" Now this transmission was just placed less than 500miles ago in TN (I just relocated here to NC) and Priority honda is telling me I have a "cracked case" and they won't accept a labor check from HONDA ANS ACURA transmissions who has been in business for 35 years for the labor...I had to pay the $1000 in labor and get reimbursed....i said ...NO you hold it right there....I smell a RAT! I found Advanced Transmission Care in Mooresville (the owner is the ATRA President (President of the Transmission Repair Assoc in this area) and guess what.....just a sylinoid....NOT a cracked case....had I listened to those crooks at PRIORITY HONDA....I would have been out the $1000 labor and then when my transmission got to California and the case wasn't cracked or they proved priority honda cracked it!!! I would have been out the additional $5200 it cost for the Transmission I have already paid for once........CROOKS I WOULD NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.....not even an oil change

Can't comment on the sales, but my experience is with the nature of the job is that I wouldn't expect too much from ANY dealer, it is a bonus if you get a good one.

Like most other car lots, the sticker price is not the lowest price on most cars. On small- moderate cars, there's not a lot of negotiating room though. All of the employees were met were friendly and very willing to help.

This is where I ended up actually buying my Honda. The price of the car was what got me compared to other Honda dealership. Great choices and options for different types of Honda's. Commercial advertisements on radio is catchy but could be toned down in class. Overall I would still recommend.

The Service Manager here is very good. He goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. Overall I'd say the same about the service department. They do have one woman who receives the cars/writes up the work orders who is lacking in customer service/personality skills.

We have not purchased a car from Honda of Lake Norman but when we move to the area we started taking our two Honda cars there for service. Their service department is great! Friendly people, quality service, and reasonable prices. They also have a great waiting area for the kids to play and watch videos on TV.

I visited on a Monday night so I am sure that helped with things being quick - I was there 3 hours max. There was negotiating but that is what car dealers do - however they were fair and never treated me like I had no clue about what was going on even though I am a female and I was alone.
