We have been seeing Dr. Thomas at Matthews Children's clinic for 5 years. He always takes time to listen to all of my concerns, answers all of my questions and talks with my children. I never feel rushed when we have well visits.
The staff is always professional and kind. The nurses line is extremely prompt calling you back if you have to leave a message. I have never had a problem being worked in for a same day sick visit; although it hasn't always been with Dr. Thomas, it has been a Dr. I could trust.
