Parrish Jr Walter B Dds - Wake Orthodontics

I would NOT go back to this office. The front desk staffs are very bad. Today (June 29, 2009), I had first apointment for my daughter for first visit. We had to fill out papers and insurance due to out network (basically, we have to pay up front and re file insurance later). They were NOT only help out due to my child running out. They rolled their eyes and told my daughter be quite(shtttttt). They treated us like we owe their money not their customer. With this kind of economic, they should be happy to have customer. I would NOT recommend people to come here.

I can only comment on Dr. Macon because he is the only Dr. we have seen in the practice. I have 2 children receiving orthodontic care from Dr. M. One is in braces and the other in a retainer until he loses enough teeth to get braces.

The office staff is always very friendly and they are so good at fitting our monthly appts for adjustments in after school so my son doesn't have to miss. The kids like going there because they have video games for them to play while they wait. Dr. Macon always has time to talk to me and listen to and answer any questions I may have.

It's one of those offices where you can tell that everyone that works there is happy and likes their job. They cater to their patients and families offering really yummy flavored coffee while you are waiting. They also have a patient appreciation day at Pump it up every few years. They invite patients and 1 friend to come to play for a couple of hours and they have pizza to eat. The kids love it.

We just can't say enough good things about Wake Orthodontia, they are a class act.
