.

From start to finish, an unsatisfactory experience. Things started with a 20-something employee coming out to address our issue. It took several visits and remote access sessions to even begin the project because the employee admitted that he would have to "research" something and get back to it the next day. Then that person was no longer working there and a new person comes to help us. More of my time was wasted as the new guy decided to accomplish the task another way and, of course, I had to be present during all of the visits and remote sessions. Stuff still doesn't work right. After a few trial and error periods where I realized their work style was 1) make some changes, 2) see if the customer finds any problems 3) come back and make more changes 4) see if the customer finds any problems. What was lacking was the CSP employee's ability to test something and *ensure* that things will work as promised.

Additionally, I wasted several hours in the process having times scheduled for a person to come by or to be available for a remote session with several incidents of the person not showing up or cancelling at the last moment to tend to a customer who had a maintenance contract with them. The wasted time of course wasn't deducted out of our bill, which charged professional rates when the service was far from it.

Would not recommend at all!
