This guy, Mark Z., is bad news. He personally could care less about his customers, their homes, their families, their neighbors, (everybody as far as I could tell) and thinks nothing of telling them to kiss his a** and a lot worse. He will tell you anything to to get you off his back when asked to explain why he's using a certain material or doing some kind of jacked-up approach to construction. He'll threaten to sue at the end of the job, fabricate expenses that you owe along with outrageous prices for work you were led to believe was part of the contract, and thinks nothing of putting a lien on your property rather than trying to address customer concerns or requests. This is my "customer reference" that he worked so hard to obtain. Do yourself a favor and find someone reputable who is not a danger to you and your loved ones to do your work. "Dissatisfied Former Customer"

While making the left turn from 70 east to 42 east in the right left turning lane, this guy is behind me in his black Ford F250 Enhance Construction truck. I slowed to cross the RR tracks and this guy is laying on his horn and no more than a foot off my bumper. He moves into the left lane (almost clipping another vehicle) and then cuts me off and stops in the right lane causing the person now behind me to almost ram me. He gets out of his truck and starts screaming at me about moving my a$$ and how he's going to "rip my face off." Meanwhile, he has the right lane traffic stopped in the middle of 70 west. The funny part of all of this is that after he gets back into his truck, he cuts off another driver while moving across the left lane to turn left into the building supply. That's right, makes a left turn from the right lane. Makes me wonder if he will install the doors on the driveway side of the garage. By the way, I still have my face on.

Pros: He hasn't injured anyone yet.

Cons: We have to be on the road with him everyday.
