Azalea Limousine Service did an incredible job for our wedding. We used the Trolley to transport our guests to and from the reception from area hotels. We also had the limo bus for the wedding party and we rented the Rolls Royce for us to get to and from the wedding in style. I would recommend Azalea Limousine to anyone.

I first booked Azalea b/c they were one of the only trolley options in town. After playing phone tag, we finally came to an agreement in December for my May wedding and I gave him my credit card information. He promised to email me a receipt and copy of the contract. By February (2 months later), I had not heard ANYTHING back (no contract, no receipt, no money taken out of my account). This made me quite nervous, so I called several times, but each time the mailbox was full. I also sent an email with no response. Finally, I sent an email through the website stating that we made other arrangements and for him to destroy my credit card information on file since I had not heard back. SUDDENLY he calls me back and told me I was conducting ""bad business"" for ""dropping him."" I explained that I tried 3 times to get in touch and heard NOTHING back and couldn't leave a message b/c his voicemail was full. He said ""of course it's full, I do a lot of business. If I see you call, I try to call you back"". If that was the case, why did he not respond the last 2 times I called? He threatened to run my card information based on the required deposit anyway since his cancellation policy is only within 7 days of booking. I told him that he has no right to do so, as we did not discuss anything regarding deposit policies, I had never seen any documents, nor had I signed any contracts SINCE HE NEVER SENT ANYTHING TO ME. He said, ""I hope the other guy doesn't show up if that is the way you do business."" I told him that if he doesn't respond to customers when they call, then he won't have any business. He then hung up on me. It was completely rude and unprofessional, and I'm amazed anyone who runs a business would act like that.\n\nBottom line is I think this guy completely forgot about me and running my information and sending a contract. He gave some stupid excuse like, ""I was waiting until it got closer to the date to run your information."" Who does that? Usually vendors want a deposit up front to guarantee your business, and I agree. If I have a big event, I want the receipt and the contract so I know the vendor has my event as a priority that day. Good thing this guy is not the only limo business in town! We got better service for a cheaper price elsewhere, so it worked out in the end.
