I purchase a 2003 Dodge Caravan from them in october and 2 weeks later I started having problems. I had beencalling them since october 15th and no one called me back until the week of thanksgiving because I stated that I wanted my deposit back. I had even called the finance company and told them I would not be making my first payment because I had top on top of problems and issues with this van. I have reporterd them to the BBB, Attorney Generals office, WTVD, Fred Anderson Toyota's GM and still have not gotten anywhere with this. They prey on single females and thier situtations to get a sell. I just want my deposit back!!! They wait until after the 30 day warrenty to call... I wished I had read this review before I purchased a vehicle from them. Another dealership advised me not to make the first car payment, because the contract would go back to them.. THIS IS A SORRY DEALERSHIP... They came and repoed the van and then asked me to make a payment before they did the repairs and these issues were in the 30 day warrenty and the 1st payment was due. I only had the van for 1 and a half months.
I purchased a used car from the Family Auto Center. My experience has been a nightmare. I guess when you are trying to re-establish your credit it does not matter whether you are treated fair. I would not recommend them-they would have to be a last resort. My suggestion to anyone out there that purchases from them-check the car out. They will sell you a lemon, make sure and check it out first.
