I have had an Audi and two BMW's that I have kept past their warranties and have tried a lot of different maintenance shops all over Raleigh and in other cities, and Z-Mech Auto is absolutely the best. The mechanics and staff are truly top notch - they are able to efficiently and cost effectively diagnose whatever issue you have, and are always completely transparent with you. More than that though, I am about quality customer service. The team is ready, willing, and able to go above and beyond to make your experience with them truly first rate. If you need service on a foreign car, take it to Z-Mech Auto!

Our family owns two BMW's with over 100,000 on each and would be concerned about having an older car with high mileage except for the fact that we have a mechanic that we can completely trust and who provides a great service for a reasonable price. Z always takes me under the hood or the car to explain what he has done and shows me the parts he replaced and the box that the new part came in. I have learned a lot about cars since going to him and I appreciate him taking the time to review this with me. He is a great guy!
I do not hesitate to send people Z's way.

If you need work done on your Saab, you know how hard it is to find parts, well it is just as hard to find an honest mechanic who knows what they are doing. I guarantee you, if you take your Saab here, you will
be very confident that it will be well taken care of in a timely manor and have an AAA+ professional job done.

Z is the man. A very fair price for excellent work. He doesn't let a manual written in an office, somewhere, tell him how many hours a project should take. Z is the only mech for all 5 of our families cars, and has been for the past 3 years.

I met him a couple of years back, since i know him i saved up a lot of money; no more headaches or stress...
I have a '98 Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible, i had problems with it since i bought it. I still love my car, so I wanted to take care of it. I had to go to one mechanic place to another. They all did something on it, I was spending half of my paycheck everywhere, and ended back having a same problem over and over again...
Of course I was taking my car back to each place where I was taking it to, but they couldn't give me a straight answer, so I just got sent somewhere else... ( remind me to my phone company..-..if they can't give you an answer to your question, it's easier for them to connect you to somewhere else....and everything starts all over again...), anyway, i got introduced to "Z" by friends, and I'm really thankful for that!
Like my story says it itself, I don't know a much about cars so other places knew how to overcharge me easily... "Z" is really honest, helpful, quick and all that for a budget what fits my pocket!
