Never had a bad meal here. Everything always good to great. Our family favors the pasta dishes over the pizza. Dishes are very tasty and yet to disappoint. Seating is crowded on weekends, usually best to arrive either early or later than normal dinner time. Service is very good, no complaints. Prices are competitive for the area. Our family prefers Cinellis over Daniels.

Pros: Great food and service, lots of choices

Cons: Can be crowded at times

Our family loves Cinelli's pizza. Fresh basil, good sauce, a thin crust. We usually get pizza to go. We went to dinner there this past weekend and I ordered pasta with clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari in a red sauce. The kids had pizza - good as usual. My husband had the chicken parm which he said was so-so. The mussels in my dish tasted bad - like they were either frozen or old or both. Also the calamari tasted frozen and there was an overwhelming amount of tentacles in my dish. I don't mind them, but gosh there was a ton on them! Clams and the shrimp were so-so.

I informed the waiter (had an accent - Italian?) and he informed me that they couldn't possibly be bad. I am a BIG fan of seafood and have eaten loads of mussels from tons of different restaurants in my lifetime. The waiter did NOT offer a new meal or anything! I was stuned. I would have made a bigger stink if it hadn't been for us entertaining a family (a future employee of my husband). I'm embarassed that we took them there. We will still order out pizza, but go to Daniel's or Vic's in Raleigh if you want decent Italian, fresh seafood (or Bonefish!) , and good sauces.

Pros: Great pizza!

Cons: Seafood frozen/not fresh, customer service could use some help!

This place has wonderful pasta and pizza. The service is outstanding. Sometimes it gets a little crowded on the weekends and it is a little dark in the dining area.

The portions are hugh and you could probably share one or take some home. You can even go to their website and print off coupons.
