Avoid this place. Plenty of new options in Huntersville area. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them. There's nothing worse than being really hungry and ordering delivery in order to get something quick only to become increasingly frustrated when it takes an hour and a half for the food to arrive.

I called at the hour mark, the manager asked for my phone number and told me he would call me right back...which never happened.

I called them back and they told me that the food was out for delivery...must have been the second or third delivery the driver made because it was luke warm at best and let's just say the wings had alot of knuckles in them...

wow this place sucks...

Above average pizza, but terrible customer management skills.

Called to see if they deliver to the Eastfield Road neighborhoods (Skybrook, Winding Walk, back of the Creek). Call-taker said they deliver anywhere between exit 18 and 25. I told her my address, she took my order.

After telling call-taker I had a coupon (pulled off the Jet's website) for 15.99, she gave me a total of ~$24 (incl. tax & delivery charge). I told her the specifics of the coupon and she accepted it. She quoted 45 mins for delivery.

Approx 1/2 hour later, I get a call from the store saying they don't deliver that far and ask ME - the customer - if I'd be willing to drive to meet the delivery guy. Why would I drive somewhere to meet them AFTER they had already taken the order, charged my card for the pizza + the delivery charge? I ordered "delivery" for a reason.

Called back to give the manager feedback that they need to have a better grasp on their delivery areas. Manager states that I told the original call-taker that I lived right off Exit 18, which was not true. I specifically called out the neighborhood to the original call-taker, which the Manager had to know because he mentioned the neighborhood (not me) was too far away. The primary reason for my first question when placing the order was to ensure that I was within their area...otherwise I wouldn't have ordered the pizza in the first place.

Manager's response after my complaint is that he can't have his driver's out that far, which is a fair point if it's noted PRIOR TO accepting the order. This posting never happens if the store gets the answer right on the front-end.

1. The establishment needs to do a better job training it's employees on the boundaries to which they'll deliver.

2. In that situation, you don't wait 30+ minutes (presumably at the point the pizza is out of the oven and ready to deliver) and THEN call the customer to offer a counterproposal of ME getting in a car to meet the driver at Northlake Mall. You suck it up and deliver that pizza since the ESTABLISHMENT made the mistake. The end-result of that response is postings like this. Terrible customer service.

3. Store employees need to be more knowledgeable of the coupons & offers currently in the marketplace.

I asked for order to be voided, which they supposedly have done (will know in a couple days if the transaction rescinded appropriately).

Due to poor customer experience, Jet's falls to the bottom end of my choices if bringing food back home from the Huntersville area. A shame, really, as I would consider the food above average. Hopefully another branch opens closer to the Eastfield/Harris neighborhoods.

I work at Lowe's of Northlake and we just had Jet's cater a large event for us. The food was great and we had more than enough for over 100 employees. I would definitely recommend Jet's of huntersville to anyone catering a large event in the Charlotte area !

We ordered pizza from our favorite, ex favorite place, tonight as we have many times over the years and we got the worst looking pizza ever. We got a philly steak pizza but there was no steak!! There were a few specs of meat but that was it. We knew something was up so we called them and spoke to the MGR. We are not people to complain and feel we know most of the people up there. Well the MGR told us direct order from the new owner taking over--"less toppings on every pizza" and they could not do anything about our pizza with no steak. Mgr also told us that this will be the way they make every pizza from now on. There is way too much competation in the pizza game in Huntersville to have this attitude, Papa Johns on 21 has it going on!!

What a yummy place! They have single slice or whole pizzas. We love getting the big thick crust one. YUM it has a little of a spicy taste to it and is so enjoyable. AND if you pick it up it is a little over $5 soooo worth it!

Today, we had carryout from Bulls Eye Pizza. It was the best pizza that I have ever tasted. And, when the pizza got cold, it was even better. Happy pizza eating.

12/16/07 The owners of Bullzeye Pizza claim that they "...fell in love with the people and places of the South...? and for this reason brought their business venture and families from Michigan to Huntersville however it seems that they missed the part about Southern hospitality and customer service in general. After rudely being told over the phone that the pizza delivery person rang my doorbell twice, knocked on my back door (which is physically impossible), left because no one was home and that my order had already been cancelled BUT if I would "like to take a ride" I could come pick up the cold pizza and that I "could just have it" that is IF I made it before they closed.
I double checked the address in their system and the Bullzeye employee on the phone even confirmed a landmark that leads directly to my street. The fact that my house was no where to be found seemed impossible.
Out of sheer hunger and the thought of free pizza my fiance and I "took a ride" to the Bullzeye pizza in Huntersville. I went inside and was immediately scrutinized by crossed arms and cross faces from 2 large, grown men. I tried to be amicable by saying "I wonder what happened" with a smile on my face and the only response was "hey, get her that pizza" which was then shoved at me across a counter. No, sorry for your inconvenience, no let me double check to make sure we have the correct address in our system, not even have a nice evening. All arms were re-crossed and you could?ve cut the tension in the room with a knife. It was VERY uncomfortable for me and I felt like they thought that I was apart of some big conspiracy to make them give me a free pizza. WEIRD!

I should?ve never strayed from the long-time family favorite Romanello's Pizza which has been a staple of Huntersville for over 20 years. The food is consistently delicious and everyone knows you by name. If you're in Huntersville and looking for good pizza Romanello's is your place. 704-875-8686
