Started out as a pleasant experience - A nice man came up to me and asked me what I was looking for and if I had a prescription. He then suggested I get anti-reflective lenses since I have a slight astigmatism and work with computers all day. He handed me a tray to put my frames in that I liked.
The first pair of frames I found, I immediately grabbed & tried on. I thought they looked good, so I tossed them into my tray. I looked a few others and he was still there - felt like he was hovering over me and I hate that feeling...but he's just doing his job, right ? yea.. so anyway, I get tired of looking and failing & remember that I have the ones in my tray!
The tray ends up being missing, no glasses in previous trays lying around and we can't find the glasses I originally chose. He asked a customer if she had them & nope, she didn't. He kept standing there, waiting on me, when I was actually waiting on him to find my frames. He didn't ask any of his coworkers or anything to attempt finding them. A few jokes were cracked "maybe it's a sign you should get the ones in your hands" and i said "no, I don't like these anymore," put them away and left.
Poor customer service - he could have easily made a sale because the experience was great until that happened. There are several other lenscrafters i can go to and they'll be better since he won't be there.
The selection isn't bad though.

Variety of options for frames. Comparable prices on frames. Will have to work with your plan to find the best choice. Service is fine. How many places have glasses for you ready in less than an hour though? Most places need to mail off the frame somewhere and have to wait to get it back. That is a plus.
