Harris Limo

Went on a wine tour through the carolinas with one of HArris Limo's Limos. the vehicle was beautiful. We went on a new stretch black hummer. It was stocked inside with decorations. The driver was excellent. best charlotte limo company

Everything went perfect for my husband's bday. I was really happy. They kept everything a secret until the destination point. This was something I was worried about, but they kept the cover. They were very punctual. The vehicle was amazing. It was very extravagant but at the same time flashy. My husband was wowed!

The service was great. I rented two of their vehicles. One was a hybrid Chrysler SUV limo. First of all not only was it environmentally conscious but it was stylish! great rates and a a great driver. Great experience

First I would like to say I have never received such poor service in my entire life. I rented a 20 passenger party from Harris Limos and it was a horrible experience. The owner who appeared to be kind and professional turned out to be a REAL jerk.
1.The bus was 1 hour late due to double booking.
2.The bus driver could not find our location therefore my husband had to go find him and bring him us.
3.Once the bus arrived, it was NOT what I asked for, I requested a 20 passenger party bus and received a 40 passenger party (You think I would be happy with the upgraderight? NO!)
4.This bus was dirty when it arrived; it had a stick holding the roof open because we had no AC.
5. The bathroom was nailed shut. No bathrooms on the bus!
6.Tony (the owner) would not answer the phone and would not compensate me for this wreck of a bus.
7.Tony eventually told me that he was the boss so I could not take my complaint any higher and that he has my money so there is nothing I can do about it.
8.The bus driver says, he always gets complaints and that this was the worst company he had ever worked for. He really encouraged me to tell as many people as possible to NOT use this company.
9.And lastly, it began to rain so all my quest got wet because the bus was leaking.

When I finally spoke with him, he said that problems 2,3,4,5, were not a part of our agreement and he did not have to not have to provide those courteous. But I have rented at less 5 party buses in the last 3 years from DC to Georgia and I have never heard such BS in my life.
The bus was so horrible, that we ended the event early. Please learn from my mistake, DO NOT use this company.

First let me say, I have never written a bad post on any company and this one was worth writing one for.

After speaking with the owner to book our party (a friend's bachelorette party), we were very excited and felt we would have a fantastic night with using Harris LImo. That was not the case. They had OFFERED to decorate, have a cooler for ice (since it was a party bus) and went so far as to say he'd have rose petals on the floor since he knew it was a fun/special occassion. The driver arrived ontime, yeah, that's about it that was good...no cooler, no decorations, (oh wait, 2 balloons) and the driver wasn't from Charlotte so had no idea of how to get anywhere and his GPS on his phone wasn't working... thank goodness one of us knew how to get around to our various stops, taking us away from celebrating and having a good time to do).

We made the best of it, decided to take some condoms, that were to be funny with and blow them up for some decorations and just have fun anyway)... when we asked for a discount for the over-promising of services, the owner said that a wrapper was found on the back seat and that he had to pay a cleaning crew (mind you we cleaned everything else up... and must have missed a wrapper) to disinfect the van... SERIOUSLY, that's how you try to make a customer happy, WOW...

please be careful booking with this company, they are a bunch of talk and no follow through.

Oh and whomever said they felt secure in having their daughter's prom with this company, I would think again... the driver was an ex-stripper from Ohio and told us he was looking for some "vanilla" to take home later. I wouldn't trust this company or it's drivers with a ten foot pole.

i needed a limo in Charlotte, i'm from out of town, and they worked everything out. They offer a good variety of stretch limousines - clean, luxurious, and reliable. Trust me the best company to deal with and the very good prices!

I called Harris Limo and booked the 16 passenger limousine for night out and it was really awesome as they made our outing memorable for lifetime by providing great service.

We booked the 10 passenger white limo with Harris Limo several months in advance for our wedding. The service rep I spoke with was very nice and agreed to honor a competitors coupon for $50 off our service and gave us a great rate since it was a Friday wedding.this was the only positive thing that happened between us and Harris Limo. The week of the wedding I called twice to confirm the final cost and was told twice that the computer was down and they would call me back ...I never got a call back. On the day of the wedding when the limo picked up my husband and the groomsman, the driver never opened the doors and there was a half drank bottle of water in the back of the limo. In addition there was only enough ice for 2 total drinks, the limo was missing the complimentary champagne, limited air conditioning, and the sunroof did not work (all of which did not seem to concern the driver). When the driver came back to pick up me and the girls he opened the door and then got back in the car, leaving us to get ourselves into the limo and shut the door. After the wedding ceremony the whole bridal party used the limo to go and take pictures and get to the reception site. Again the driver did not help us into the limo and one of the groomsman actually left the trunk open on purpose just so the driver would have to get out of the car. On the way to take pictures the driver made several wrong turns (even though we look pictures separately at this place before the wedding!) and we had to backtrack to meet for pics. During the pics time the driver asked the photographer and assistant several times for directions to the reception (even though they had this location at the time of booking). Eventually, the bridal party had to give the driver directions rather than enjoy time together (the whole point of the limo). On the way we hit 3 curbs..glad we didnt spill on my white dress! When we finally got to the reception and my husband went to pay the driver he had no idea what the final balance was and could not get a hold of anyone. My husband and I wanted to get into the reception and NOT waste any more time with this driver and Harris Limo! The company had my card number on record from the time of booking and we asked them to contact us before charging us the final balance. We never heard from them and when we returned from our honey moon they had charged the account for almost $100 more than the agreed upon amount at booking. I immediately called the company to discuss the discrepancy and our other concerns about the driver, and the limo rep said that there was nothing he could do to reimburse us and did not seem to be concerned about our negative experience. I asked to talk to the owner. He called once and I missed the call and when I called back he said that he didnt have time for me right now. I waited until the next day and called back again.I finally got the manager. He told me that the driver was not fully trained but they thought he would be ok.apparently at my expense! He also refused to credit our account saying that the person we originally spoke with when booking was no longer with the company and he would not honor the price she quoted us and we agreed upon and was going to charge us a higher cost.higher than the cost on the website and had no reason for the additional charges. When my husband came home from work, rather than calling, we went to their officeor so we thought. Their website says that they are on S. Tryon, when we got there, Harris Limo does NOT have an office here. My very angry husband called the company to find out where we could find them and they sent us to their one time attorney who seemed very confused ?? He called back again and the guy was being extremely sketchy and refused to meet with us in person. Eventually, after all of this they agreed to honor the original cost. However, we do not feel we should have even paid this amount.we hired a limo service and only got a limo, no service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THEIR LIMOS, DRIVERS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE!!!

We had a bachelorette party, The driver was very nice and helpful... they didn't charge us for extra stops and he offered advice on places to go. I will always book Harris Limo whenever I need another limousine or party bus. I also recommended them highly to all my friends. We had a BLAST that night!!!

We used Harris Limo for my daughter prom in Charlotte last year and will be using them again this year. They gave us great price and great limousine service and i felt my daughter was in good hand for the night. Thank You Harris Limo.

My experience with Harris Limo was great! I had so much fun in my wedding party with their super stretch limousine. They gave us free champagne and an extra hour free.
