Locksmith was very helpful when we moved into our new home in Charlotte from Monroe. We changed our locks on all the doors and received five sets of new keys.

Excellent! This locksmith is apart of the chamber of Commerce and I called the Nc locksmith board and they recommended me to call ths business. We were satisfied.

Horrible experience.The locksmith damage my lock while trying to unlock it,and had the nerve to tell me that I need to pay for a new lock.Never use them again.

Bad costumer service.I waited for them over 2 hours to unlock my door.girl at the office kept saying " few more minutes" every time I called.I will not use them again.

This locksmith was very helpful. I lost the keys to my house So had to have the locks changed and I have only lived in Charlotte for three months! I would call this locksmith again. Great job was done! and a good price.

My wife and I were traveling in Charlotte, North Carolina and somehow lost the key to our Toyota truck. A gentleman at the restaurant highly recommended this locksmith. We called and he came in a short while. He made a transponder chip key and soon we were on our way again. Great price and great service!
