Well, the atmosphere is nice with a cozy small town feel and the menu is varied with options to please any palate. I went with a group of 4 and we started with the firecracker shrimp appetizer, onsukuri, and some rolls which were excellent. I got the teriyaki beef with croquettes which has become my favorite. My friends got the mahi mahi, yakisoba, and shrimp scampi and everything turned out to be excellent. The staff was very friendly as well. Just to give a heads up, there is the buy one get one roll special that may cause the sushi bar to be backed up with both dine-ins and take-outs...

last week i was at Little Tokyo and was a joke, then tried Fine` in Wake Forest with a friend who was in love with the place. Place was nice and clean, best of all chef seems to be real honest and knew about what he was doing. All of the sushi was very fresh even though chef told me some of the fish in this area have no choice but to get flash frozen fish. There were no excotics that I was used to in west coast but every sushi and specials we ordered had flavor of it's own. In state of NC this place is a must to go to.

We have eaten here twice and enjoyed it both times. Too bad it is such a haul for us! The first time we both had the bento box (which they no longer do, darn!) Everything on it was excellent. Last time we had the gyozo and mixed tempura for apps - both were excellent. The tempura was very crispy and smokin' hot - especially the shrimp. Tempura can either be great or evil, and this was great. My husband had the tepanyaki chicken, which he liked. It had nice sized chunks of chicken, but a lot of sauce so probably not too good for the sodium conscious. I had a piano roll and a rainbow roll. Both were very fresh and tasty, but that piano roll especially rocked - will def get that again! It has tempura shrimp in the middle, which remained perfectly crispy for a neat texture combo. They are running a special now on their "special rolls" - buy one get one free. Not sure how long that goes. The service was good both times too.

Say hi to Ken, the owner. Fine' business is growing nicely after a slow start. There is a bunch of new waitstaff getting better every night, and the food is tremendous. Just tremendous.
Try a Sappuro beer or a Cosmopolitan, or their signature cocktail for ladies, the Kimono.
Sushi and rolls presentation is first rate. I highly recommend the Piano roll, Spicy Tuna Crunch, Hard Rock roll. Wow. I eat there twice a week.

I've never been to this restaurant before and my wife was in the mood for a little sushi. We saw their online menu and basically got a couple of their sushi roles to go. I called my order in advance and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes.

I stopped by in 15 minutes and was told it was not ready. It took 45 minutes to get 2 sushi roles and the restaurant was not even busy. I could clearly see that to go orders were put on the back of the list. The guy who appeared to be the owner was unfriendly and when I paid for my meal he did not give me the change. Although the change was small - NEVER ASSUME THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT THE CHANGE! Americans are very principle oriented (at least I am). We pay for the price that's posted - none of this wishy washy round up stuff!

We eat out at restaurants a lot and also do a lot of to go orders too. Bad service or bad attitude will not make me come back.

My daughter and I ate here for the first time tonight and we were pleasantly surprised. Customer service was good (friendly staff). We both had salads which were absolutely fabulous. I had the avocado salad with the house light ginger dressing and my daughter had the crab salad w/blue cheese dressing. She could not stop talking about it!!! Also, we had the 2 for 1 roll special which were quite tasty. I would recommend this for people in Wake Forest who want a decent restaurant and do not want to travel too far. Wake Forest needs more restaurants like this! Next time we will try a few of the entrees...

Fine' is great place in the heart of wake forest I've been going there for awhile now.
They have chaged their concept with buy one get one free on all roll sushi, and they
have changed dinner entree' as well. Entree prices ranging from $12-$15 things
like Coconut Flounder, Mahi Mahi and Rib Eye steak. Price, atmospher and food it's all great,
they have changed to please the customers. I highly recommend trying this place out, they
won't disappoint you. well worth the try.

Fine' Japanese Rest. just resently started a buy one get one free deal that is hard to beat in any other sushi resturant I have been to. Their relaxing environment and great service is just what I need after a long days work. The only thing better than the environment is the food, it is possibly some of the best sushi in the triangle. I would highly recommand this place to anyone of my friends.
