What on Earth

I want to know who came to everyone else's house on this review so I can have that same benefit. Reviews like this are part of how I choose who I use.
First, I was told on the phone that the "diagnostic and consultation are free". Apparently not true.
Second, they came at hours not scheduled and I was not prepared for them.
Third, the man that came to my door was one of the most disrespectful, rude people I've met. He talked down to me and even threw out a few curse words for good measure. I'm shocked that a company like this would send someone like this to my door.
I'm still looking for a plumber needless to say....
Pros: The customer service line is friendly
Cons: Everything else.

Hot/Cold Water Line Replacement

We had our hot and cold water lines replaced. Supposed to take one day, but took a second day.
Hazel was great, she took her time to do it right.

Roto Rooter Rocks!

My plumber, John, was awesome. He had to come twice to take care of the mess that my plumbing system had become. He was extremely patient, kind, and very informative. Roto-Rooter's availability 24/7 is amazing and the fact that they don't charge outrageous fees on nights, weekends, and in emergencies is outstanding. This experience was remarkably positive and I will never use another plumber. Roto-Rooter Rocks!

I called Roto-Rooter this morning at 6:30 about an underground water pipe leak. I thought I would have to wait all day for service, but Jeff was knocking on my door by 8:30am. Overall, I appreciated that he didn't just correct the problem and hand me a bill. Jeff took the time to show me the extracted damaged pipe, explain why the leak occurred, show me the newly connected replacement pipe, and tell me what to be mindful of in the future. He gave me his business card, in the event I have any future questions or concerns, which I won't hesitate to use.

Cons: A little costly

Plumber Erick T Young diagnosed the problem and offered the solution right away. Parts are already in his truck and in original packaging. Repairs to my toilet was performed well and I was offered to inspect the work afterwards. Payment was expeditious and professional. The work is also guaranteed for 6 months - so no worries. I booked the work online the day before and got serviced the morning after. Great overall experience.
Pros: Quick response & excellent service.
Cons: Little costly.
