    .

I agree with the person who wrote before. Since moving in July 2011 I dont think I have went one month without some kind of issue. \n\n- The apartments look really nice when they show them to you. They are big and spacious looking.\n\n- Once you move in the people who work the office change from the nicest people to the meanest people.\n\n- Toilets get backed up, Shower gets clogged, sink links\n\n- Everytime they pressure wash the house it leaks in the house.\n\n- There is mold in the all the apartments and then when you find mold and tell them they tell you at first that it isnt mold and then told my wife that ""You shouldn't worry because my appt had more mold than that and my kids were fine.""\n\nOverall really bad place not worth the rent better off with a motel.

My family and I looked around before we actually moved to the area. The office staff was VERY helpful, and friendly...until we actually moved in! The staff seems very bothered whenever tenants come to the office for anything other than paying rent.\r\nThis is what we've experienced since November 2008.\r\n-They advertised the apartments energy efficiency however our winter electric bill hasn't been under $200 a month because the wind flows right through the windows, through the many cracks in the sealing of the door and our heating/air vents never all work at the same time. During the winter our baby had to move into our room because her room temp never reached 63 degrees.\r\n- This is a gated community but for 3 months the gate was never closed and now it's left open for hours at a time daily\r\n- There are several dogs on the ground therefore several mounds of dog waste all over the place; especially in the apartments farther back. \r\n- Mounds of trash piled in front of the dumpster between Thurs and Mon morning. \r\n- The walls are super thin; you can hear everything going on above you\r\n- The closet shelving is constantly falling down and the drains and toilets back up\r\nBeing in the military, I've lived all over the U.S. and overseas. This by far is one of the worst places I've ever lived! It's not worth the money, don't bother!
