Direct Furniture do not honor warranty. Representative from direct furniture came to Orlando, Fl. to sell their product at the Navy Exchange. I purchase a sofa and love seat recliners. Three months later one of the cable use to recline

We purchased a canopy bed for our daughter from this store, and when we got the bed home and out of the box, it was missing the whole wood frame for the canopy.. When we called to try to get the missing parts, or a refund we were told by the OWNER of this company that we should have opened the box in the store to make sure all of the parts were there before we paid for it. She states doesn't know if she can get the parts or refund us our money becuase she the furniture is supplied from a company in High Point that is 'high-end' but, she can't tell me more because they do not want people to know they sell furniture at cheaper prices. She once again stated it that it's not her fault that we didn't get what we paid for, and if we shop there again, we should open our furniture and make sure it is all there before we pay for it.. and that she doesn't think she will be able to do anything about that. It is my opinion that this store is doing false advertisement, by having furniture on display, and when the consumer buys the NEW furniture that is in a new, sealed box, it is not the exact furniture that is on display in the store. They were very unfriendly, unprofessinal, and unwilling to make things right. I would never reccomend anyone spending your money at this 'store'!

I purchased a Southern Tradition Living room set in 4-10.I as told that it had lifetime warrenty on the cushions and springs. In July 2010 I notice the cushions were wearing down so contacted the store in middle of Aug. they sent a gentlemen out and he stated it was indeed wearing down. Hewould order new cushions and pillows. I never heard back from anyone so on 8-29 i went to the store the lady stated they have order the replacements they would contact me when they arrived. So here it is 10-24-10 i went to the store and now they say they are getting the cushion replacement this went but the store is closing. VERY UNSATISFIED......

We did quite a bit of shopping around for our living room furniture before deciding to purchase from here. They had the best price around. The customer service was good and we were able to haggle the price down a little more!
