If you're a bride-to-be looking for stunning wedding invitations coupled with the most attentive customer service, stop looking around at other stationary shops and head directly to Salutations. I had the most wonderful time working with the ladies at Salutations! Holly, Melanie & Charity are all amazing: highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable and just fun :)

Charity was my personal consultant, and I cannot thank her enough for introducing me to the Smock line of wedding stationary. Salutation has lines that are well known, Vera Wang, William Arthur, Crane, etc. all beautifully displayed throughout their boutique. Since I was looking for something I could embellish with my own personal touches for our wedding, I wanted something unique?but I also didn?t want to overindulge on my budget. (I?d looked at custom designing with other lines and at other stationary stores. I couldn?t justify spending almost $3500 on 125 invitations on something that most people will look at, stick on their memo board for a few months & then eventually throw in the trash? but that?s just me.)

When I first contacted Salutations via their website, my email was promptly responded. Holly, the store owner, set up and appointment time that was convenient for me, happily willing to see me before their regular store hours. On my initial meeting, Charity let me peruse over every single catalogue of stationary. Waiting patiently and attentively, she offered suggestions and input on everything I liked. I was never once rushed in the 3.5 hours I was there. Upon narrowing down my choices, Charity prepared for me 3 full proposals including all the details and pricing for three completely different stationary lines. Nothing we discussed was left out. Charity had my font styles and colors, paper choices, envelope linings, folio options, added design elements and embellishment options noted exactly as I wanted. She took better notes than I had! Charity helped me work my budget, decide what was truly important to me for our invitations, and contacted each vendor as many times as needed to finalize my quotes.

Even though our wedding is black tie and I knew I needed something befitting of our nuptials, I didn?t want our invitations to be too traditional and staunchly formal (read: predictable and bland). I wanted something that our friends and family would open and instinctively know I took the time to hand pick this invitation and help create it. I found exactly what I was hoping for in the Smock line. Bamboo paper, earth-friendly inks, proprietary fonts & calligraphy, beautiful colors, elegant letterpress, countless stylized options? I could go on and on. But if you really want all the details, go to Salutations.

Charity was incredibly thorough in the submission of my invitation design and all the revisions (there were several). Any time she didn?t happen to be at the store, either Holly or Melanie followed up with me on her behalf. Any time I had a question or even the smallest of changes, Charity conveyed exactly what I had said to Smock, and Smock executed it beautifully. Salutations & Smock are a perfect marriage for wedding stationary.

Our wedding invitations exceeded my expectations. I am excited, proud and delighted to be announcing our wedding to our family and friends with such a gorgeous invitation. Everything about my experience was wonderful! And as I told Charity and Holly yesterday, I look forward to returning to them for hopefully many more happy occasions for years to come?couple?s stationary, baby showers, announcements, anniversary and family celebrations.

Salutations was amazing when it came to my wedding invitations. I was under a tight time constrain and my purse strings were getting tighter and tighter as my wedding planning pursued.

I first went to a place in South Park called "Personally Yours", and the person there was not helpful or willing to help me in the least.

I went to Salutations, after being there just once, and I was pleasantly greeted by Charity, who ready for the challenge! She was amazing and helped me pick out the most beautiful wedding invitations. The other folks there were equally as kind and helpful.

Salutations and Charity were with me every step of the way.

I will ALWAYS recommend them to everyone who needs invitations, stationary etc....

I couldn't have been more pleased with the expertise, knowledge, and patience displayed by the staff at Salutations. We worked with them in planning my daughter's wedding starting with the engagement party invitations through the Save the Date cards, wedding invitations, programs, napkins, and the place cards and escort cards. Throughout the entire process, they were always accessible, available, and accomodating. I would highly recommend Salutations to anyone planning a wedding!

Salutations is the place to go for phenomenal stationary/invite selection, perfect service, and professionalism. They are currently working on my third order for various parties, etc and I've never had such flawless service IN MY LIFE! Not to mention-my invitations have been receiving rave reviews from my guests who say they are the cutest they've ever seen! I couldn't be happier! THANKS SALUTATIONS!

OK - I do love stationary, so I am somewhat "picky". The selection at Saluations has always had just what I wanted, and so much more. I love to go in there with a project and see what they help me come up with. I got so many compliments on my wedding invitations and thank you notes. Although product is important, it is the customer service that sold me. They are so helpful - and it doesn't matter who is working that day. I have worked with at least 4 of their staff and always love not only the process, but the end result. They are great with details and I think that is what makes the difference.
