Now that Libby Lu is gone Sweet and Sassy is the reigning Queen of girl fun. My daughter loves it here especially the glitter they dust on her hair afterwards. She has straight long hair so they really can't cut it wrong so it's a safe place to go! On Tuesdays (at least this summer) haircuts are only $9.95 which is cheaper than any other place!

We have had both of my daughters' first hair cuts at Sweet and Sassy. We figured the really fun, princessy environment would keep them entertained enough to get a good cut while they were sitting still. Which it did! It is very fun, music is playing, lights are on, the girls got a sparkly star on their cheeks and glitter in their hair afterward, as well as a free lollipop.

The cons are that both stylists we have had (and these appointments were a year apart) did nothing great. The first cut literally just the VERY ends off, and when I asked her to cut more, she discouraged me. So we took that daughter to another salon where they cut more and did a much better job! The second stylist removed the hair bow from my youngest daughter's hair, but kept the hair in the exact same spot and cut it like that. She didn't comb it, or change the part at all! So I had to do it with my fingers so she could see that the bangs were still hanging in her eyes. After going around one more time, we left...but her hair was STILL in her face. Both cuts were $20.

Too pricey for stylists that don't seem to know what they are doing.
