Horrible service. Not open Saturdays which is not easy for a working person. Oil changes quoted to take about an hour...took 3!!! Mazda owners are second rate to the Mercedes folks. If I hadn't bought a oil change package, I would not ever bring it to them.

I bought my Mazda elsewhere, but I used to take her in for service here. The service was great, but as I learned later, way overpriced. Also the service department is always trying to upsell. Yuck. Don't you people know we're in a recession?

Sorry this is my first bad review. Not only have I been waiting to a program key for a car just purchased but they keep telling me excuse after excuse. Not reliable at all. I wish Buncombe lock and key had the software to program this car.
