Pros: great selection
I needed a car seat pronto and stopped by Babiesrus, Raleigh without any 'customer service' expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the VERY helpful sales person (Terry?) - who helped me understand different types of car seats and helped me pick the one that best fit my vehicle. He also took time to explain the installation and checked for registration card in the box (the first box didn't have one - so he had it replaced immediately).
