These doctors love to push Cymbalta & Lyrica, just makes you wonder how much of a kickback they receive. NO ONE every anwsers the phones but when you are in the waiting room the staff have plenty time to talk poorly about the patients and cutup with the pharmaceutical reps. Also you as a patient should be allowed to decide what treatment that YOU are happy with. Not being told that we have alot of patients that take both these drugs. Who cares what your other patients do, its my prerogative to choose what medications I AM COMFORTABLE with. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

Dr. Ross is an arrogant, condescending know-it-all. If you want a doctor who will listen to your experiences, look elsewhere -- Dr. Ross will interrupt you, contradict you, contradict herself, and prove herself to be ill-prepared and ignorant. Unfortunately, I have to see a great many doctors, and over the years have seen specialists for a variety of problems. Nearly all of them have been caring and concerned, and all of them have collaborated with me about my care -- except for two. Dr. Ross is one of those. Her attitude is unprofessional and, frankly, inexcusable. After spending 5 minutes on my case, she was railing against some of the helpful things I and my doctors have done in the past, and insisting (repeatedly!) that I switch to powerful meds that have caused me horrible, disruptive side-effects in the past. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Ross to my worst enemy.

To start, my doctor here was great to work with. However, the administrative staff has been nothing but a constant headache. The first time I set up an appointment, it was for 9am. I arrived on time and sat for 45 min. When I asked what was taking so long I was informed that they give new patients a 30 minute buffer at the beginning of the appointment since it is in an odd location and clients tend to get lost. It's nice if you are late, however, I was on time and now seemed to be punished for it! No one smiled, no one seemed to want to be there. I had to go for some important (to me, maybe not to them) bloodwork. They told me it would be 5-10 business days to hear back. I never heard back and had to call myself. They have an automated system when you call, but any option that you pick to get a person, you get an answering machine. I have to leave a message asking for my records that they have 24 hours to return. They should've had this information readily available, in my opinion. Someone calls me, tells me my results, and that she will be sending them to me along with labsheet for when I need to go back and get retested in a few weeks. I never got the lab sheet. After a few weeks I called, again not recieving a person, so I left a message to find out if indeed I need to go for my testing and how I should go about this since I have no sheet. I am positive I can't just walk into the lab and say "hey, can you test my liver?" The next day they fax something to the lab. I go for testing and the lab states it will only take 24 hours to process. I am again assuming the doctor's office will still be 5-10 business days. It has now been 21 days since the tests were done. No one has even attempted to contact me, so I must leave another message. I'd like to know how my liver is doing! If you are looking for a good Rhuemetologist, this is a good place, if you're looking for communication or paperwork to be handled, go somewhere else!

Pros: Doctor knew what he was talking about.

Cons: No one is readily available via phone. Paperwork to pay is handled, bloodwork you may or may not hear back.
