I would not recommend Frankel Staffing to anyone who is seriously looking for employment. Returning phone calls seems to be an issue with them. I moved here from the Washington DC area and was seeking employment.

Frankel posts jobs to Craigslist that sound suspiciously too good to be true - career-level positions with top pay (they always post the double dollar sign $$ in the compensation field to get your interest piqued). After my own experience of seeing and applying to specific jobs created as a marketing ploy by Frankel and speaking to a number of college graduates in the area who have submitted their information to Frankel Staffing and never receiving any kind of follow-up, I realize Frankel posts these "dream jobs" to collect people's information. I understand all staffing agencies want to collect resumes, but the honest business practice would be to inform job-seekers of the general job types they fill, not lure people into applying for a "dream" job that does not exist. There is a difference in knowing I am supplying an agency with my resume to be added to their general database versus applying for a specific job I am told exists in the manner listed. Frankel's marketing strategy is misleading and dishonest.

Frankel Staffing does not return phone calls and when contact is made will repeatedly ask for the same information. They will never respond to any of the applications made on their website but once told me the job

I, like another reviewer, went to Frankel after reading all the positive reviews. At first I thought they were exceeding their reviews as almost immediately after I submitted my resume they called me in for an interview and testing.

The woman I originally met with is no longer with the company, Tammy West. Meeting her was a breath of fresh air, she seemed to understand at once what I was looking for and promised me Frankel would help and had something in mind already, which lead me to take their tests and have an interview set up for the next day. Through no fault of Frankel's that company, according to Tammy, ended up hiring none of the candidates sent to them but it was also shortly after this that Tammy left the company and my experiences with Frankel went downhill fast.

After Tammy left, no matter how many resumes I submitted, there was never anything heard from Frankel. When I called Frankel to ask why I never heard back about jobs I appeared to be well suited to at least deserve an interview for, the story they gave was that I did not in fact qualify since the job descriptions on their website are incomplete and do not list all the requirements for the jobs. They never gave a clear answer of why the job descriptions are incomplete, simply that they are which meant I had been applying to jobs that despite matching the online job description perfectly had hidden and unknown requirements which seemingly and amazingly I never matched.

It is also worth noting that since Tammy left I have had a very hard time reaching anyone at Frankel and the answers they provide to my questions seem to change too depending on the person I ask. They tell me one day that no one ever has a person assigned to help them, the next day I am called in to talk to someone that promises to help me who the day after that mentions they cannot push to sell a job seeker to a client because such a push might offend the client and they would lose their job. At this point I was offered many platitudes but little real assurance Frankel truly was going to be of help.

From these recent interactions with Frankel Staffing, I have come to see them as little more then gatekeepers who are not truly out there to help people find work, but to shield their clients from anyone but a select few who meet requirements that are mostly unknown to the job seeker since not all requirements for a specific job are listed on their website. As such the gatekeepers have continually kept the gates closed, not helping or even advising a course of action and seemingly working against the best interests of both the client and job seeker given the length of time some of these jobs show as open on their website.

Frankel might be the right company if you have time to wait and time to put up with incomplete job descriptions and overly picky clients. However, if you need work fast and desire to believe you are being fairly accepted or rejected for something as simple as an interview for valid reasons instead of being continuously blocked by people acting as little more then gatekeepers who are scared to push a job seeker to a client, Frankel might not be the company for you.

I recently had the pleasure of contacting Frankel Staffing and being placed in a wonderful job. Tammy West listed carefully to my background and skills and matched me with the perfect employment. I could not have been more impressed with Ms. West or her staff. Each phone call to their her office was professional and very responsive. Other local staffing agencies were rushed and seemed uninterested in listening and giving a personal touch. I highly recommend Frankel to anyone in the job market.

I went to Frankel after reading several positive reviews. I wanted to change careers and work off of some admin experience I've had previously. I sent in my resume, and was immediately called for an interview and testing. Tammy said I passed the tests with flying colors, and that they should have no problems finding a position for me. That is where the "greatness" ended.

I've lost count of how many positions I applied for through Frankel, only to hear silence. This went on for a YEAR. When I called Tammy to find out what the problem was, her answers were vague at best. When she went out on leave, the other girls in the office wouldn't call me back. The only time I got a response was when I sent Tammy (who was due back in the following week) an email asking that if they didn't think they could find a position for me to please let me know so that I could focus my energies elsewhere. I did get another email from Tammy that was just as vague as all her other communications. I submitted my resume for a few other positions, and again silence.

They're nice people, but don't expect too much from them. Their clients are "very very picky." Those were Tammy's words.

It was a pleasure working with Frankel Staffing. I had interviewed with multiple staffing agencies, and was ready to rule them out as a complete headache but Frankel Staffing is truly the exception. After being knocked around in todays economy, Tammy went above and beyond to help build my confidence back up and sent me on multiple interviews, each for jobs I would be thrilled to have. She called before and after every interview with advice, and any feedback she had, she was honest and extremely helpful. Tammy helped make me feel comfortable and was reachable for any questions before the interview even beyond typical office hours. I am so grateful to Frankel Staffing for assisting me in my job search and finding me my perfect match. I highly recommend them!

The recruiters over at Frankel Staffing are amazing. I lost my job on Tuesday. I called them Wednesday morning and they had me email over my resume. By Wednesday afternoon they had called me back and set up an interview for Thursday morning. Thursday morning I had my interview, took the tests, and had my resume submitted for a job. I was called back Thursday evening saying the company wanted to meet with me Friday morning. I met with the company on Friday morning and am starting the job on Monday. I was jobless for less than one week! I had never used an employment agency before, and I called a few others before I talked to Frankel Staffing - and none of them were as engaging or helpful as Frankel. Most just said "send us your resume and when we have something for you, we'll call you." But not Frankel. The first time I called in, they were asking me about my skills and what kind of job I was looking for. There is no recommendation high enough for Frankel!!

I interviewed with Frankel for a position months ago and unfortunately they chose another candidate, but the company kept my resume on file and have recently found me my dream job. They got me the interview and although I'm still waiting to hear back I know that Frankel has done everything they can for me.

The staff at Frankel Staffing are amazing!! They call you back quickly and are so friendly! They really listen to you to find out what type of position you are looking for and they do a great job with matching employers with employees. They also try to get you the highest pay possible. I would strongly recommend seeking their help for assistance with finding employment.
