Very Unprofessional and POOR service. Do work unrelated to job order requested so that additional job orders are required. Asked specificly to flush heater core instead told me that the thermostat was my problem. It took 4 hours to replace a thermostat which had no effect on the problem. This was only after already a severe radiator flush ($127.00) and 1 week later-a new water pump ($693.00) Parks CAN NOT be trusted. Will not return there and will discourage others I know not to trust Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville NC

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, window wiper motor repair, and state inspection. Bob, the service desk attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful in answering my questions. He contradicted himself about the state inspection laws and wanted to charge me for window tint removal. I had the tint checked at another state inspection location and it passed. NEVER use this dealership for state inspections. I will not be returning to this dealership for car repairs or any car purchases!!!

We have used this dealership for under warranty repairs. We originally tried to purchase the truck from this dealership but they did not have the best price. We were disappointed to find out later that they did not even show us the features that were available such as the third door. Seems like they should have been doing that when we were shopping. They did make the repairs we needed under warranty- bad squeak, checked air condition temperature, fixed connection in fan. This is the closest Chevrolet dealership to us so it is the most convenient. It is conveniently located in the heart of Kernersville with easy access to Highway 66 or to Mountain Street. Always quickly greeted but unfortunately it is usually a salesman. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Easy to get an appointment on the day that we wanted the repair done.

PROS: Good product
CONS: small dealership, not the best prices
