Dr. O'Brien is by far the best pediatrician that I've taken my kids to. He spends a lot of time with his patients and does his best to answer questions in terms that the average person can understood.
We do normally experience a long wait time to actually see him; I think they have some room for improvement in that regard.

When Dr. Mah moved to the new satellite clinic, we chose Dr. O'Brien as our primary care doctor at Cabarrus Pediatrics.
We love Dr. O'Brien.
He takes a lot of time with each patient, listens to the parent's concerns and make sure to really examine every child carefully.
The downside is, you really have to wait when you see Dr. O'Brien. We've waited in our exam room for more than an hour on two occasions. That's tough with a squirmy toddler.
But it's worth it because I know my son is getting excellent care.
