After waiting 2 weeks for another repair service to try and get someone out, called Andy's and they came 3 days later; quoted repair cost and ordered part on the spot;returned 2 days later and repaired washer and it runs better than new!

I called this service six months ago to repair a dishwasher and they told me it was not working properly due to a plumbing issue and to call a plumber. Since I was paying $80.00 for a service call, I asked if they could replace a light bulb in my range, which they did. They didn't turn the power off to do this and shorted out the range circuit board so nothing worked. They did replace the board (with the wrong part at first) and then replaced it again with the correct part, but now the burners make a clicking noise when you use them on the right side, so we can only use the left side burners. They tried several times different parts and things to fix this and finally gave up. I kindly attempted to express my disappointment (in a normal tone of voice) and the guy went on a rant about how much money "I" had cost him (his guy screwed the thing up) and how he couldn't have a decent conversation with me. He stormed out and left in a snit after six months of my patience and understanding. I wouldn't use them again if it meant replacing an appliance after this experience!

At 10:45 I received a call from the technician saying he was running a little early and asked if it was okay if he came then, which it was. He came out, diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced the part (which he had with him), fixed it and was out the door in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me exactly what the problem was. The total for everything was $104, which was less than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend Andy's to anyone needing service and will use them again when I have a need.

I called Andy's to have my Kenmore dryer repaired because it would run but not produce heat after a friend of mine had recommended them. The lady I spoke to who scheduled the appointment was friendly as could be and scheduled me an appointment for the next day, which was a Saturday, with a 12-3 window. I figured that Saturday would be a very busy day probably with people like me who work full time during the week making Saturday appointmens and didn't expect them until the afternoon which would've been fine but the technician called at 12:15 to tell me he was on the way and would be at my house in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, checked all of the components and did an excellent job at an excellent price. I highly recommend Andy's Appliances because I would never have gotten such fast, professional and friendly service at such a great value elsewhere. I would definitely use again!!!!!!

These idiots should be closed down ! I was sent Andy's appliances by my home warranty company to fix my faulty dishwasher which was not cleaning dishes properly. The technician came out 4 times and never could fix the problem, despite me showing him how dirty and covered in food the stuff coming out the washer was. Despite admitting that he couldn't fix the problem to me, he told the warranty company that there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher ! Lying scumbags ! The receptionist never called me back once - I had to keep chasing them. Bunch of idiots.

Another reviewer had this right. I would not recommend them and their poor attitude. They act like they are doing you a favor. I just wanted my appliance to be fixed correctly. They gave a 3-hr window and didn't call until that 3hr window was up to say they'd come 45 minutes later. The service guy complained to me that he was overworked and couldn't handle all of it, and on top of that said my appliance was fine the way it was and didn't need to come fix anything. When they finally came, they didn't have the correct parts and will not go and get the correct part. They told me I have to go find somebody else to do the job (if I want it done right). If you want the job done right, I recommend finding another company.

I called Andy's Appliance when I had realized my freezer was thawing everything, this was on a friday around 2:00 so I was needing service that day. They explained to me that they did not provide emergency service but they would see what they could do and put me on hold. I thought great, their not gonna make it out today. I was sure surprised when they returned to the call and said someone could be their between 2 & 5 and that they would call when they were on the way. They did call at about 3:25 and said they were heading over. They came in looked at the ref. and told me i had a bad relay on the compressor and quoted me a fair estimate so I asked him how long to get the part? He said he had one on his truck and installed it the same day. I was so surprised. They did a great job. I will be calling them again!! Super Service!

Want the Worst Possible Service? Call these idiots!

Well - the technician doesn't even leave his house until 10am!!!!!!! We called three times and each time the ULTRA RUDE RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY said it will be 35-40 minutes longer and then hung up on us!!!!!

After the third call, we cancelled and have scheduled with a professional company in the area.

WHAT A JOKE! DO NOT USE THESE RUDE IDIOTS. THE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE FIRED.

If you'd like an uppity receptionist to argue with you then you should call this place immediately. It always amazes me when someone in the service industry places so little emphasis on helping you accomplish your goal (i.e. fix an appliance) and so MUCH emphasis on avoiding blame. I called Andy's to make an appointment to have our fridge fixed since the door would no longer stay closed (obviously kind of an emergency). They couldn't help me that day but said they could do it the following morning. Since I work at an office, like most people, I gave her my wife's cell number (she works at home) so she could coordinate the details. I told my wife to expect a call. They never call her. The next time we hear from them is at 11:15am the following day. My wife misses the call. Since they never called, my wife doesn't expect them. She calls them back shortly after and they tell us a) we were scheduled for a 9-12 window (who knew? - incidentally, who told people that they could schedule "windows" like this??? The repairman arrived soon into the time window allotted, checked the dryer thoroughly, and fixed it cheaply (~80.00 or so) and quickly, and was very nice.
