I had my first massage ever, with Ester. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect. She was SO friendly, she put me at ease right away. She answered all my questions, without making me feel silly for asking them. She explained to me what she was doing, and how the my muscles would respond.
I have had pain in my neck and shoulders for years, and a constant headache going on 3 weeks. After this one appointment, my headache is gone and I can turn my head much farther than I could when I came in! My neck and shoulders feel incredible. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know to visit!

This is the first time that I have rated a business on this site, but I felt compelled after receiving truly the best massage ever from Wendy at B Roman Skin and Body Spa. My appointment was rather last minute, but they were able to fit me in. She spent time to discuss my expectations and needs that I had and was able to address my issues better than I could have anticipated. I have suffered from migraines and neck & shoulder tension for such a long time that I felt like some relief might be possible, but never thought that I could feel as good as I did following the massage. I feel she totally customized the massage just for me! You can tell that Wendy loves her work and cares for her patients. I will recommend her to neighbors and friends and now to all of you as well.

I made a first time waxing appointment at B. Roman's. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I didn't have an appointment and called the other location to see if I had made an appointment at the wrong place. After a few minutes of going back and forth, she finally discovered that my appointment had been made under another client's name. Finally, almost 20 minutes after my appointment time, she takes me back to meet the esthetician. While I was aggravated about the circumstances, I appreciate the receptionist's kindness throughout the ordeal. She attempted to resolve the situation the best way she could. She apologized profusely for the mix up. However, when I met the esthetician, she seemed annoyed by the circumstance and acted as if it was my fault. She was very negative and unfriendly while performing the service, telling me how the previous waxer did such a poor job and she would need months to undo the mess. I felt the appointment was very rushed because the confusion at the front desk had caused a back up of clients, since waxing appointments were scheduled every 15 mintues.

Apart from the lacking customer service skills, I was fairly pleased with the wax job. My main complaint was that she did not tweeze the short hairs left behind when waxing my brows. So, I had to tweeze them whenever I got home. The shape of my brows were exactly what I wanted, and I do believe that she is an experienced and capable esthetician. I simply wish that the services I was paying for were not cut short because of a front desk mix up. Maybe they should allow more time between appointments to allow more flexibility.

Wonderful spa package included massage and mani pedi. I was treated very well and really enjoyed it. The massage therapist, Gretchan, was very kind and had a good touch. I hold a lot of stress in my neck and she really relieved a lot of that. The manicure and pedicure was awesome. The mani actually lasted a whole week, which I have found is not the case with most manicures I have received. The manicure was what really made me want to give the place 5 stars. I can't remember the nail technician's name, but again, she did a great job.

As a first time bikini waxer, I was very nervous about the whole waxing thing. I've heard horror stories from people about bad experiences at other places. At B Roman Skin and Body Therapy they make you feel so comfortable. They know what they are doing. It wasn't as painful as I expected. I'll be a regular now. If you are at all nervous about waxing go see the ladies at B Roman and you will not be disappointed.

Just wanted to make a comment on a positive experience when speaking with Nicole the manager. I had bought a gift certificate for my friends birthday. Even though the certificate was postmarked 9/1. The certificate did not arrive until 9/10! My friends birthday was on 9/4. I spoke to Nicole on or about 9/6 and explained that it was supposed to be a birthday surprise. I had flown in from NY to go to the spa with my friend on her birthday. Now being 9/10 the whole point was moot. I asked for a refund. She had absolutely no problem with this minus 10% for administrative costs, which I felt was quite fair. I absolutely applaud this type of customer services. If I visit Cary again I will definately be taking advantage of this spa!

I will be returning to see Esther at this spa. I had a wonderful facial with Betty, however it was the massage that truely blew me away. I can't remember when I've had this much motion in my neck! I feel amazing!! She got rid of the headache I'd had for three weeks!! Surprisingly, I wasn't nearly as sore as I've been from previous deep tissue massages that I've had. She really told me about my muscles and how I can begin to notice my bad habits and begin to change them. She also gave me a number of stretches and tricks to do at home to maintain the work she'd done, which made me feel really taken care of. The icing on the cake was that she even used a hot towel on my back and feel.. it felt so fantastic!! I look forward to my next appointment!

I puchased a gift certificate for a friend to visit the spa for a relaxing day of pampering. When she initially went there to schedule the appointment, she was greeted by Betty at the front desk. Betty was completely rude and mean. My friend does not wish to even go back for the appointment she felt so uncomfortable! I have purchased her another gift certificate at a different spa and will throw the gift certificate from B. Roman in the trash - it is not worth it! I understand policy, but there is a proper way to communicate to your customers, there is no room to be unkind and disrespectful.

I have been going for over 2 years for monthly facials and it is wonderful. I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. My skin is assessed specifically for me and then problems addressed. The products have made a huge difference for my skin. I have also tried other treatments which have been great. and learned how to use makeup to stay looking natural. The staff are always nice and appointments are on time. They make sure you are using the right products for your skin. I can't wait for their new space to open!

I went in for the sea salt scrub which included the special shower and then lotion application. The whole thing including filling out the paperwork, getting undressed, moving to the second bed, and getting redressed and waiting for her to come in the room each time took less then 40 minutes. Which means that they took less time on me (about 12 minutes for each thing) then I would have spent had I just taken a shower myself! Blah. The shower thing leaked so it was dripping all over me even when turned off (including in my face) They used cheap lotion and I left feeling greasy and rushed. The people working there were nice that was its only saving grace. I will not go back here, I was so excited, I wanted my skin to look good for my wedding, and I saw all the good review, I apparently will have to do it all on my own. Maybe it was a fluke, but keep my exerience in mind when looking for a spa.

I was surprised to see good reviews for B Roman, then I saw they are all several years old. I recieved a gift cert. from my husband and had a ped/man. The woman who did it was not nice, gossiped and complained about her back hurting. She also gave me a manicure that she cut out steps that were supposed to be done ( I later read what I was supposed to have in their brochure). I was asked about buying thier skin products and, when I had my brows waxed, I was told not to "tweeze inbetween" appts. Anyone knows that tweezing is the best way to maintain a waxing without having to come back every week or two. I called and complained and was given several excuses by the owner ( the woman and I must have had a personality clash) etc. I do believe I am the customer, and if I am unhappy they should try to make it better. I wasn't trying to be unreasonable, I was just not happy at all. My husband called after I did to complain, and was finally able to get our money back. I wouldn't recommend this salon.

This place is so serene and beautiful, and Betty Chambers is my absolute favorite spa specialist (and owner). She gives the best bikini wax. I have had her bikini waxes (everything - beyond Brazilian) and even though it's a painful process normally, she is quick, an expert, and does a fabulous job. Love her, and love Roman B! Wish I could visit a lot more often!

I have been to other spas at resorts and was a little hesitant to try a local spa, but my sister talked me into trying B. Roman and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. My Esthetician was Beth. She greeted me with a smile from the moment I walked in and was very professional. The facial was very relaxing and just as good or even better than any other facial I have gotten at high end resort spas. I was very happy with the results and will return to see Beth again. I highly recommend it!

This was my first time here. I was late because I got lost. They talked to me until I found my way there. They were polite to me despite my being late. Beth who did my mini-facial and body wrap was awesome and very personable. They were not pushy in trying to sell me products. My massage was nice as well. The price was very good for the services that I got.

I have been to B-Roman since they openend their new location in May. It has been like a vacation from the stressful work days even if I am just getting a brow wax. I absolutely love the staff always extremely friendly and helpful. Betty gives excellent facials.

I recieved a gift certificate from my wife for Christmas. At first I was hesitant about getting a massage at a spa but now I want to go to B-Roman all the time. Although my appointment ran a little late I didn't mind because the results were awsome. I will recommend them to all my friends defiantely!!

I had an amazing massage at B-Roman. An hour massage felt like a 3 hours. Usually I have massages regularly but at the end I always feel like I wish it was longer because my back never feels this great! I wish I could go there everyday & I would recommend Jeff (my massage therapist) to everyone. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the day!!!

Everything is so nice at B-Roman. It is nice to have somewhere where you can call and be frustrated with the front desk or with trying to figure out what services to get. I love it because before I even made a massage appointment, which by the way was one of the best I had, I was already less stressed! I love the atmosphere and the friendly people as well!

My wife and I both had services done at B-Roman Skin and Body Therapy. She had been to European Estetique before and loved the services she got. We both absolutely loved B-Roman even more. The atmosphere and everything! I would recommend this spa to anyone. It is just a great release from the real wrold!

What a beautiful settign for a spa. It was relaxing from the moment I walked in. I had the best pedicure ever. It was so relaxing and it lasted me 4 weeks. I am impressed!

I would recomend this spa to everyone. its not like all the other ones around here. People actually really care about what your skin looks like and they try to fix it rather than try to sell you more expensive services adn products. I was really happy about the whole thing.!

I've been a customer at this spa for over five years when it was formerly located in downtown Cary. No words can describe how pleased I am with B. Roman (formerly European Esthetique).

The staff is wonderful providing you their undivided attention with skills that are obvious from the first five minutes of your service. The decor and atmosphere is unbelievably soothing.

Frequent promotions and newsletters add to benefits of this facility. My favorite feature of B. Roman is the staff NEVER tries to pressure you into products or services. I've been to competing spas (because I was given a gift certificate) and it was the first thing I noticed that made B. Roman stand out. They truly are the best! You MUST try them.

A few weeks ago I bought some creme from B-Roman Skin and Body and it as healed my skin. I am in love with their products. Its Academie and it is so woderful. I also had several services with them and I have never been more relaxed. The front desk was so helpful trying to schedule me in and I just have the best time there. Never rushed and always smiling faces! Thank You and I am so glad to have a place like that in Cary.

I went to get a facial at BROMAN SKIN AND BODY and my face never felt so clean! I been dealing with acne for years and ever since I have been using the products I got at BRSB my face seems to have cleared up. I am so happy and I love the atmosphere at BRSB. Being a guy even i dont feel uncomfortable! The prices are even reasonable! So glad to have someone with actual professional experience working on my face! Thanks again!

I went to B Roman the other day and enjoyed one of the finest swedish massages I ever had. When I entered the light dimmed room with soothing music playing I felt like I was on vacation. The warm greeting from their staff and the comfortable atmosphere only enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend B Roman to everybody.

I really enjoyed my viset at this spa. It has a very quaint atmosphere unlike some of the other noisy, crowded spa's I have been to around here. Staff was running alittle late, which was slightly inconveniencing, but it was well worth the wait. They seemed very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel like they were trying to rush me out. They made me feel like a queen! I will definately be viseting this spa again.

This spa has wonderful therapists! Everytime I've been there, I have been royally treated. I have been a client at this spa for 10 years. The owner gives wonderful facials. She customs each facial according to my skins needs at that particular appt.She has extensive training and expertise in her field, and is always very professional. I highly recommend this spa!!!
