I am looking at remodeling my kitchen. This company had some beautiful items. So many that I could not make up my mind. Once I do, I am strongly thinking about going back to this company.

Service guys were great. I was towed in while the service department was closing and the technician stayed late to help fix my problem. Very satisfied with the customer service.

My experience at Queen City Lincoln Mercury has far exceeded my expectations. I've had dealings both with the service department, and the sales department. Even when I had issues, they were handled in a professional manner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have purchased at least fourteen vehicles in thirty years,this was without a doubt the worst dealership I have ever done business with.
I bought a Jeep from them and they had to repair an exhaust leak. In doing so their genious of a mechanic drilled through the water jacket on the engine head, then siliconed a bolt into the hole. This pretty much ruined the head and cost a lot to replace. I asked the owner, the salesman, the used car manager,and the mechanic to repair properly to no avail. Bottom line is the dealership owner would do nothing,beware for I have run into four other customers who were treated unfairly by these people.. NOT RECOMMENDED!
