We just had to write this to corporate, seriously if I could give it zero stars I would:

Greetings! I just wanted to let corporate headquarters know about the most horrible customer service my boyfriend, Pat and I have ever experienced from both an associate and manager that were employed by the 1001 New Jersey 73, Pennsauken Township, NJ location.

We were there today on Sunday, January 26th, 2014 at around 4 or 430pm, picking up a case of beer, and there were quite a few problems, such as no floor coverage for staters, but the real kicker was as we approached the register to check out. First and foremost, the associate that I'm about to discuss just about barreled me over as she was putting a single mini bottle away before we even knew that she was an actual employee (my boyfriend and I, before that though she was a straggler/ homeless person until she started screaming to someone in the back that she didn't feel good and was going to get ice cream from the McDonald's next store) . As all of this was happening, we started to approach the only register in the store that appeared open and it had about 4-5 customers backed up while a nicer looking older woman was handling all the check outs. At that point, my boyfriend had asked the questionable employee if she had a register open, and not only did she walk right by us, but she also decided not to answer us. So upon him asking her a second time, she then decided to catch an attitude with us and said "This one right here!" with no directive as to which one she was actually talking about. As we approached the actual correct register, it was a hurry up and wait type situation. She asked for my ID and credit card, but then didn't want to take them as she was too busy continuing to yell to the same person in the back office, about how she didn't feel good and how difficult it was to keep a smile on her face (even though, there was not even slightest sign of one in actuality). As the transaction ended she just about shoved the card in my face as to hurry me, showing a total lack of patience, but I still thanked her as any normal person with manners should. Once I did not receive a "Your welcome!" my boyfriend "Your Welcomed!" me in response instead, and the associate again started up with attitude again by saying "You didn't even give me a chance to say your welcome!" while he responded with an attitude back finally. This resulted in her yelling for "Brian (or Ryan I don't remember)" in the back/side office as we were exiting the store. Then, before we could even put the case of beer we had purchased in the trunk and get into our car the two of them (both the associate and assumed manager) came out and started verbally accosting us, and acted as though they wanted to get physical. After some unsavory words between the four of us, and them flipping us off (which is probably on the exit's cameras) the assumed manager refused to give us her name, so that we could report her to her superiors. Needless to say, we pulled away in our car with a total "WOW" factor and shaking our heads type of moment (as they continued to be rude and yell) at the though of a store that could be run like this.

Upon navigating my way past the trash shrewn carts through the sometimes functioning front doors, I entered a dirty store. Mop and bucket strategically placed in front of pretzel display, more than one aisle with trash on the floor ( I was so impressed I took pictures with my cell phone) Computer crashed, they sent customers out of the store to deal with this. Get to cashier, she is telling her co-worker that her customer complained (about the co-worker) that she was eating ice cream while waiting on a customer (geez- doesn't the customer realize your pregnant?) When I used their online system to tell about my experience, NO ONE from management bothered to call/email back ( oh-we care about our customer experience - NOT!)
