I always say that when you have a taste for steak, go to a real steakhouse! The Library III fits that bill. A small chain in south Jersey (5?), the Library has top notch quality. When you want to place your order, you walk into the kitchen area to view the menu on the blackboard and place your order with a chef. Then turnaround and face a more than adequate salad bar and load up your plate with greens and fresh bread. The server will deliver your perfectly cooked dinner to the table. My favorite is prime rib cooked medium rare with baked potato. Delish! Meat is fork tender and has always been cooked as I ordered. Why is it called the Library? Because the dining areas have shelves and shelves of books you can actually take down and read while you are waiting. Excellent addition if you're dining alone and feel self-conscious!

The library III restaurant in Egg Harbor Township does have good food, especially steaks, It is a good date place as well as a family restaurant. A tad more expensive than some other restaurants in the area, but the food and service are good.
