I've been with the SJFCU for more than 20 years. The mall location recently closed and the P'ville office is my new branch. I do wish that more services were available online - such as the ability to transfer from my credit union account to my regular checking account at my bank. But, I guess making it harder to withdraw gets me to save more! The staff are really nice and friendly.
