really excellent service. very convenient. quick and easy. Jimmy really helped me and gave me a lot of useful information on my vehicle. and he offered to test drive my vehicle with the technician to address my issues with my vehicle. Douglas Infiniti really set my standards high when it comes to service. Couldnt have asked for anything better from them.

I have been servicing my car at Douglas for some time now and would never go anywhere else. I usually work with Alexis but I have to say everyone I come in contact with at the dealership is very helpful. I will continue to service at Douglas and remain a loyal Infiniti customer!

Gracious, relaible service, very good prices (and I shopped around) and a stable, long-service staff of grown-up's who remember you whenever you come in.

My husband I have been repeat customers since 2004, and we will return there for our next car, too.

While shopping for a G37x I priced out every dealer in New Jersey. I don't live local to Douglas Infiniti but I sent in a price request anyway. I recieved an email and a phone call right after my price inquiry. The representative on the phone asked me questions about the car and how I would like it configured. He told me he would build the vehicle and check the availability of it. Less then an hour later I got a call back with a price. I couldn't get to the dealership for several days but the told me it wouldn't be a problem. When I got there (almost a week later) my G37x was waiting for me. I met my salesmen Gill. He was helpfull and very patient with me as he went over the vehicle from top to bottom. The paper work on the car was exactly what was described to me over the telephone and I would recomend Douglas Infiniti to anyone looking for a new Vehicle.

The reason behind the bad reputation Car Dealerships have been encumbered with over the years is easy to ascertain with just one dealing with DOUGLAS INFINITI of Summit NJ.
I have not seen such a "bait and switch" routine in a long, long time as I witnessed today. After numerous conversations with one A.J. Lamb, (908) 577 4697 re leasing my wife a new Infinity FX50, we finally agreed on the exact configuration, negotiated the price and delivery timeframe. I agreed with this guy to drive over to Summit - 30 minutes from my town to sign the papers with him on the deal he had offered. While he did not have the car in stock, he had located one which would be available in a day or two - or so he assured my wife.
When I asked him what time he'd be there until, he told me he would be there until 6:00 PM. I was there at 5:00 PM ?? 40 minutes later!
Upon arriving in the show room just 40 minutes later, I was informed that A.J. had left for the day! I was shocked. I should have turned and walked out immediately. But it was suggested by the "manager type" lady that I didn't need A.J. - after all he's "just the Internet guy" and she had other sales guys that could take care of me. All of a sudden, despite that same lady assuring me that she was the one who worked on the numbers for me with AJ, No One appeared to know anything about the deal I had negotiated and to cap it all off, there was No Hope of getting a vehicle in the timeframe promised. "He should never have promised this guy that" they told each other incredulously!
Now the car not being available was the killer as my wife had called DOUGLAS INFINITI (and several other dealers) to see if they had the exact model and color she required in stock Today as her lease on her current car had expired and she needed to either extend her current lease for another 6 months this afternoon or preferable get a new Infinity FX50 in the next day or two. She said to A.J. - and I quote -"I hope you are not pulling my leg on this car's availability". Of course, A.J. was emphatic that he was not pulling her leg. He had located the car and could deliver. She had then handed Mr. A.J. Lamb over to me to negotiate the details. What a waste of an afternoon that turned out to be!
Now that I was in the showroom and rapidly realizing what was transpiring in front of me (I've been way too long in New York City and seen too many Three Card Monte games to fall for this routine), I exited the show room in a rage - and no one even attempted to have me return or allay my fears that I was being ripped off and had been taken for a ride. Shame on DOUGLAS INFINITI!!

No for the ultimate end to this horror story and waste of my time - Mr. A.J. Lamb was apparently still busy running routines for DOUGLAS INFINITI as he accidently called my home number at 6:17 PM looking for some other poor unsuspecting mark called Ernest (I wish You luck, Ernest). Imagine the surprise he had when he realized that he had called Me by mistake?!? When I challenged him as to what had happened he hung up on me mid sentence!!!
I texted him immediately and stated that "as a sales manager (which I am) you should be fired for this!!"

In fact the entire complicit crew at DOUGLAS INFINITI should be fired. Assuming this won??t happen, I highly recommend you don??t waste your time trying to do business at this disreputable dealership, a dealership that ruins it for all other honest dealerships.

My wife and I had been shopping for a back from lease SUV and were looking at dealership lots and on the internet. I was at a Geo.Wall Lincoln looking at a Mountaineer that they wanted 21k. They also were low-balling me on my trade in Pacifica. My wife had a printout from Douglas Infiniti with a price on it that was actually less than the 19k I offered for the first Mountaineer. But the Geo. Wall sales manager and the salesman were double-teaming me and it became one of those sales pitches where its haggle, haggle haggle. The sales personnel may like to haggle but I got up and walked out. I called Bob Del Virginia the sales manager at DOUGLAS iNFINITI and told him we were coming for his Mountaineer. Even though it was after 8pm he said come on in. He showed us the car which had more options, and same mileage than the one I left behind and of course the price was $18775. Not only that Bob Del Virginia gave me a more than fair price on my trade and I was quite satisfied with the deal. I was more than satisfied I was really happy about buying the car. Bob said he buys and sells at the auction and picks up cars and moves them. No haggling and jerking with numbers. The guy was a gentleman who gave a price that was thousands less than what the Mountaineers of the quality and mileage being offered were going for.
He referred me to Jane, I didn't get her last name but she did the preliminary paper work way past nine o'clock and got the deal started. I came back three days later to pick up the car.
My pleasant experience continued as Jamie Fishbane the Sales manager went through the financing and signing of contracts etc etc. This man was also a gentleman who offered the extra products such as the extended warranty but did not aggressively push when I said no thank you. He helped me through the process and even though I try to be cautious you sign so many documents you don't know what you've signed after a time. But Jamie took the time to explain everything and was a very personable business manager. It was comforting to know that you weren't getting raked. Also Jamie got me an excellent loan rate which was a couple points lower than at another dealership where I had been talking numbers also.
Finally Gil Coronado was the salesman that handled my sale. Also a gentleman that took care of me and answered all the questions about the car. He knew the product well and when I picked it up it was like a spanking new car even though it had 29k miles. Gil worked to get me mats which had not been in the car and was also very personable and took time with me that many other salemen would not have done. This was a good car-buying experience if a person can have one of those!
If you are looking for a specific car maybe used, late model, I would call Bob Del Virginia and tell him what your looking for. He may see one in his travels and bang-bang its a done deal you got the car you're looking for at a decent price. I would also check the internet and the inventory at Douglas Infiniti. Thank you. Blaise P.

We just purchased an FX 35 from Ronnie Diaz at Douglas Infiniti and had a good experience. We had to do a little haggling but they were reasonable and we came to a fair deal. It's a small dealership and they seem to care about customer service and developing a relationship with their customers. We're picking the car up in about a week - will update if we run into any unexpected problems!
