Worst spa ever!! I bought 2 groupons because I thought it was a great deal. The first time I went, the staff was incredibly rude to me. They failed to mention that if you try to find directions on the internet, it will take you to the wrong address. They were useless on the phone as I was driving around an unfamiliar area lost. I tried to use the second groupon, since I already paid for it, and they said they weren't accepting groupons anymore even though it was well before the expiration date. They said to contact groupon about getting my money back. These people are criminals. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I had a combined deal to get a pedicure, facial and massage. This was the worst pedicure Iv ever had. No creams, lotions, exfoliation, etc.. It took 5 minutes top to bottom. The facial was unlike any other spa Iv ever been to. I asked

Evelastingspa-us is a EVERLASTING FALSE ADVERTISING SPA. They have a certificate in the Money Mailer indicated that just bring certificate and you will get facial, massage. and pedicure for $70. The certificate does not indicated that you need to make an appointment: meaning you can walk in with that certificate an get service. Well that's not what happen today: 1/15/2011. I walked in with the Money Mailer certificate and stated that I would the "VIP Holiday" for $70. An Oriental guy said that I needed to make an appointment. I pointed out to him that the certificate has two deals: one call "Thursday only and appointment is needed and the other one called"VIP holiday"-No indication of appt needed except to bring the certificate with you. He insisted that I needed to make an appt when the money mailer certificate clear does not state that.
The man started to get rude. I just left and told him I will be writing a review about false advertizing. I also felt he looked down on me because I was an African American. There was nobody else in the place to say that he was very busy. The placce look more like a nail place than a spa place. Only one lady was doing her nail. If an appointment is needed for the so call "Vip Holiday"... It should have clearly stated in the certificate CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AND THEY KNEW THAT..

False advertising is illegal and poor business tragedy. Stop doing false inaccurate advertising. I have been to a lot of other spa and had very good time. I do not regret I did not get service in a place that is doing false advertising to get customer to come to their door. I can't imagine the kind of service I would have gotten if I did get service: POOR, POOR AND POOR>

I have not been to salon yet, but I bought Living social deal and in Mid October, they scheduled me for a mid February Saturday visit.
I want a weekend appt as it will be about a 3 hour visit with massage, facial and pedi.
Just be aware if buying the living social deal..

This has to be the most unpleasant spa experience ever. I had an appointment for a massage and Pedicure and on the day of the appointment, I called to confirm and drove over to the place. While driving I called to confirm location and at that time I was asked if I could come an hour late. i said Ic annot do that as I had to go somewhere after my appointment and I had already confirmed before leaving. Well the guy I spoke to asked me to come over and on my arrival he said again that they were running late and if I could wait about 15-20 minutes. I wanted to be accomodating and said that is fine but I cannot wait for an hour.

While I was waiting, anuother woman came and said it will take longer than a 20 minute wait and that she does not see my appointment in her book. I told her that is not correct as the other guy had confimred it. So she spoke to the guy in Chinese and after being caught in her lie, she said she cannot do anything and that if I wanted to keep my appointment, I will have to wait. I was taken aback by their rudeness and totally unpresessional behaviour.

I cannot understand why they would not call in advance if they were running late. In addition, this place is a real cheesy place in a strip mall and not exactly the spa like experience one would expect.

Overall it is extremely unprofessional place and I would never visit this place again not would I recommmend this place to anyone.

I go to Everlasting Spa for facials, manicures, spray tans, massages and even gifts from the great boutique housed in the spa. Everyone is friendly, personal and professional.

I went here because I got a coupon in the mail. I was not sure what to expect, but I was happy with the services I got and the workers were very helpful. I would go there again.

Everlasting spa is a small spa that does facials, massages, manicures and pedicures. They are very friendly and take there time with you whether you are there for a pedicure or a massage. Some places just rush through to get to the next client but not here. They want you to be relaxed and pampered. It may be a little more than the chain massage places but it is sooooo worth it!
