Stay away from this dealer's service department! I dropped my smooth running MDX with them, nothing wrong at all, just for an Acura recall, but the end of the day when I picked up my car it came out bunch of problems!!! My brakes sounds horrible, VST light is on. They insisted they haven't done anything related to these and told me it's because my car is too old and have high mileage-----but there were no these problems in the morning when I left the car to them. They told me I have to pay $125 to just let them check if my brake has problem (not fixing it). The guy sitting at the first service office (Vito?) has very bad attitude. The manager Mike is even worse.

Stopped into this dealership today, only wanting to test drive a 2004 350Z to see if I liked it, THAT IS ALL. My husband and I had been there Saturday, just as they were closing, briefly met Dave, and stated we would return Monday. I advised my husband to ask for Dave, but as I later learned, he did not, and we ended up with Ryan. Suffice it to say, I dont know if he was having an off day, or if he is dismissive of potential customers whom he feels are not able to meet the criteria that he feels he can make the most money on, but his customer service was positively non existent. We asked for a test drive. Instead, we were seated and grilled about how we definitely do not qualify for anything because of what he felt our score reflected. This was without running numbers or speaking to finance or anything else. We were told we definitely were not qualified for that car, or any other car, basically. He also took a moment to accept his lunch order while we were seated, mumbling about how he had forgotten that he had ordered lunch. In addition, upon leaving, he did not offer his card and state, when you are ready, please return and speak with me, and I will do everything I can to assist. My husband and I both got the distinct feeling that if he is not selling a car that will bring him the highest commission to someone with perfect credit, that he judges the book by the cover and is very dismissive. He seemed more interested in eating his lunch before it got cold than in assisting us. I have never in my life been denied a TEST DRIVE of any vehicle that I am interested in. He also asked several questions that he definitely had no business asking. He was just very RUDE overall, making us feel as if he did not have any time to waste on us, and downplaying the dealerships ability to assist us at all. Eventually, I will buy an Acura TL, and although this is the closest dealership to my home, I would rather drive 150 miles in the opposite direction, then visit this dealership again, and run the risk of dealing with this sales rep, as he clearly lacks personal skills. If your credit score is above 750 & you are purchasing a brand new or certified pre owned Acura, that he will make a high commission on, go for it. If it is anything else, don't even bother.

I recently bought a used Corvette from Bridgewater Acura, I got a very fair deal on a very nice Vette. I was pleasantly suprised that my salesman Mike Sarullo knew Corvettes very well, as he used to work at a Chevy dealer selling Vetts and helped me with all my questions. I was able to do all the paper work with Kerry in finance and get in and out in few hours. I would definately return to Bridgewater Acura and reccommend Mike and Kerry

I found a 2007 Honda S2000 that I liked and with Tina and Mike's efforts, I bought it the next day. I even got picked up at the train station and a short time later I was driving home with the top down. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was so easy that I'll keep the dealership in mind when its time for the next vehicle. Many thanks to all that helped make this a pleasant experience. One suggestion...put Tina's desk in the front window. You'll get alot more people stopping in. :)

I am so pleased to inform that for the 2nd time I was so Happy and thrilled to purchase my car from Bill Vince Bridgewater Acura. Salesman Ryan was so hospitable and helpful and especially patient with accommadating my son and I to meet our needs helping to satisfy in any way more than any other dealership used in the past. Ryan helped us to leave the dealership that same night with the car that we liked very much and also had the car detailed and looking awesome and helped us with every aspect in purchasing a new car and Ryan was the best sale person I had ever dealth with and the staff was very kind and helpful to us also. I am so pleased to inform that for the 2nd time I was so Happy and thrilled to purchase my car from Bill Vince Bridgewater Acura. Salesman Ryan was so hospitable and helpful and especially patient with accommadating my son and I to meet our needs helping to satisfy in any way more than any other dealership used in the past. Ryan helped us to leave the dealership that same night with the car that we liked very much and also had the car detailed and looking awesome and helped us with every aspect in purchasing a new car and Ryan was the best sale person I had ever dealth with and the staff was very kind and helpful to us also. My son and I trust Bridgewater Acura in every aspect. I also would recommend to anyone to go to Bill Vince Bridgewater Acura to purchase their car.

I,m using Acura for years and I do change my cars within 6 or atmost 8 months I had worst experience with couple of Acura's dealer which is very closed to my house precision Acura Princeton and open road east Brunswick they people almost made me to move from Acura to other brand.... But Thanks to Obie sale person in bridgewater Acura and his manager Mike and Edie they want me to stay with Acura because of their truly exceptionally and professionally services...I don't know why some of people left the bad review about dealership may be they did not talk to the right person...I had some problem with my tires I talk to mike and he wants me to bring car back and he put the new tires on it.....try this dealership you will love Acura more

I received horrible service at this dealership. I bought a precertified Jeep vehicle from them - the salesperson was not helpful at all once the papers were signed and the transaction was complete. I called the supervisor to express some concern I had with the warranty and once I took the car home I noticed the back window wasn't working properly - the response I received from the salesperson Henry was "it was working when it left here" - didn't offer to have the window inspected. I have owned Acura before and absolutely love the family of cars but I will never go here - good ole boy dealership.

I just bought a certified 07 TL Type S about 3 days ago. I drove about 3 hours to get it because the price was the best I'd found. When I got there the rims weren't the same from the picture. They took pics of everything other than the imperfections. Most of all THE SERVICE WAS REALLY BAD. The car wasn't washed well, I noticed the trunk button didn't work (they got that fixed), i noticed the side view mirrors didn't work and the car didn't have mats in it. I pointed out ALL of these issues to them. During my drive home the steering wheel would shake a highway speeds. Meaning the tires weren't balanced or a rim is bent. I felt comfy driving this far because the car was certified but these guys I don't think did the inspection OR even drove the darn thing. I'm currently working with Acura corporate to get the car re-certified. Thier service department killed this dealership!!!!

Do not get cars from Bridgewater Acura, because even though the car is all right, the service is awful. I got the car more than a month ago and still did not get my plates. When i call no one does anything.

I have very different experience with Bridgewater Acura. I have bought couple of vehicles from them and both times I had excellent experiences with them. I felt that I got the right cars at right prices.
Service Manager Dave is always helpful and he services my cars most economical ways and also to my full satisfaction.
Guys, Give them a second chance and please go with open mind.

What can I say about Bridgewater Acura. My experience with them was 'interesting' I bought a car at beginning of this year. It was Certified PreOwned.
Lets start with sales. Mike Boltarets, is by far the dumbest salesman. He was trying to tell me things that did not make sense, and with the internet were so easy to lookup. He kind of tried to target my wife during conversations, as he saw she was easier to please and negotiate then me. For the negotiations he did not even want to consider my price. But a week later called and then went back and forth on the phone with lies. My wife literally wanted to buy the car from a different dealer, but it was already sold when we were ready to purchase and he had the car we wanted.
Basically anything he says, dont trust. Look up the car on the internet which you will buy and talk to other people. He is not knowledgeable about the products he is selling.
For the financing, they guy who tried to get us to buy the packages, told for packages where they replaces tires, dings etc. If we need tires, just "drive into a nail". So you get how good they are.

I asked to check the car prior to sealing the deal to see the car, but the car was not ready. What I mean ready, I mean cleaned up, shiny etc as you are paying 30k+ for a CPO. I had to ask Mike to do it.

For Service:
I dont know who ran down the check list, but they were definitely not qualified. I got the car with the previous owners CDs in the changer, his information stored in memory, so I had it check by my own mechanic (just in case). The car was excellent, but I doubt it was the care of the service dept.

So the bottom line. If you are buying a new car, go elsewhere. If you are looking to get a deal and Bill Vince Acura has it. Get the car checked out and dont deal with Mike B as he is dishonest and seriously gives car salesman a bad name.
I am giving 2 stars, because the car is excellent, but the rest was horrible.

Where do I start....This place is slimy and makes you feel sick after dealing with them.

I will start with their sales dept. It all started two years ago when my wife needed a car. We found a used TSX with very low miles and went to look at it. A salesman came out through all the others outside smoking to help and really start to throw on his sales pitch. We were not new to this so we just ignored him. When we decided this was the car for us and wanted to negotiate this guy not only ignored our negotiations and kept trying to get me to fill out papers, but then stated hitting on my wife and making very suggestive comments. Things like trying to kiss her hand, talking about how beautiful she was, how lucky I was and much more. This was blatantly sexual harassment and made me rather angry and made my wife very uncomfortable. We finally negotiated with someone else and got the car to the price we wanted. I swore I would never go back, but unfortunately it did not happen that way.

We ended up needing to buy another car due to an accident and I found Subaru the same car I was driving on their lot and decide to go look. I know stupid me. This time the negotiation went fine, but the guy we were dealing with was not there the day we went to close the deal and guess who walked around the corner to help us.

This was only part of the my issues. The finance guy was a slim ball trying to sell me on crap that I did not need and telling me that I do not know anything about cars so I will need the worthless protection plan that could only be used through their dealership for my Subaru!! I also found that once you sign their paper work and they have a sale, they want nothing to do with you. If you have any questions regarding your car or service, good luck talking to a person!!! They will pass you back and forth between whomever they can.

Now on to their Service dept!!! Every time I have dealt with these guys it has been awful!!! My wife has taken here TSX here twice for service and every time they have come back saying she needs something that she does not. The last time she told her that she needed a new battery. The car cranks fine and the battery has a strong charge. They also said that a new battery would be $130!!!! I can get one at Wal-Mart for $80 and a rebate for the old one which will knock the price down. But I think the biggest headache I have had with Bill Vince Acura, other than the salesman, is that when I bought my Subaru from them the alignment was off. I asked that they have it fixed and they offered to take it over to a local Subaru Dealer to get it fix. I dropped it off and they give me a loaner. The loaner they gave me was a late 90s RL, which would not have bothered me but it reeked of smoke, had not been cleaned inside in months, and was on E. I called them on my way home and told them I needed a different car and they informed me that there were no other loaners. I then told them that they need to clean this one. When I arrive the service person told me that they had another car for me. I went out in the parking lot and it was the same car, still filthy, but did not smell like smoke.

I would advise thinking twice before going to this dealership.
