Worst service ever.

I overpaid about $2,000 in a service I didn't need; total bill was $3,000 but they 'forgot' to do a basic engine maintenance so I couldn't pass( the same day) MV inspection. No one cared about it.

Also a "little" stuff: first they told me they had loaner, then they do not, then they have, than do not, finally they did have, their manager "saved" a few for the special customers i.e. those they can charge ridiculous prices for unnecessary work.

My loaner had an empty fuel tank. Literally empty. I was lucky to realize that in the first few miles of driving. Instead of an apology they told me I was lying--with a straight face.

Well, I guess, once they conned you, why should they show any respect...

Went here to check out SUVs-- they ignored me the entire time (maybe b/c i was wearing sweatpants and didn't "make myself up" --- well, i'm a mom to a 1 year old and have very little time, but i definitely have the cash!).

Decided to go over to the volvo next door, as well as the lexus, in addition to ray catena's across the street (been a mercedes girls since I was 5, in 1976 when my dad got his first one),

So goodbye to bmw, you lost a possible sale. My sister came here and said they lied to her about tax incentives-- she ended up getting her x5d fully loaded at a dealership that treated her well. they definitely lost a sale with my sister, and, well... for me, i was probably on the fence about a bmw anyway, but I would never go here if i were to ever consider the option seriously. they act all snobby, but they're car salesman, for god's sake!! As if they could possibly be better than me? they sell cars for a living, they're not ivy league grad lawyers or anything. dopes. snobs for no reason.

My family and I went to purchase our BMW last year at Open Road BMW. They had every model on the floor to look at (even the Alpina). I was not happy with the look of the dealership because their floors and walls looked as if you were purchasing a car from a Kia dealer. If I am purchasing a luxury vehicle, I would like to feel like I am buying from a classy dealer. Also, in their lot, the cars are crammed into this tiny space (because the lot is very small) so it seems as if it is a junkyard. For the money I spent on my car, I expect quality and they did not give it to me.
