I've done business with Burns GMC on a number of occasions, for both auto body repair, and vehicle purchases. Overall, I've generally been satisfied. The auto body shop staff is both courteous and professional and have nothing but good things to say.

However more recently. I leased a Buick Lacrosse which was a in retrospect, a very poor experience. After leasing the vehicle, I found out I overpaid by more than $3,000 for the vehicle. I chalked that up to a lesson learned. But more disappointing was how I was treated while attempting to turn the vehicle in after lease expiration. The same gentleman, who seemingly worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted in stock greeted me at the sales desk. When I mentioned I was there to turn in the vehicle and not interested in purchasing another, I was asked for an odometer reading which I supplied and told someone would be with me shortly as they were all otherwise, busy. In short, I was left waiting more than 45 minutes for a task that took less than 5 minutes upon complaining. Most ungracious was sitting directly in his eye shot while several employees either sat at their desks doing nothing, or walked by several times mostly to get coffee!

My wife car is due to be replaced and while she loved the Lacrosse, I will take my purchasing business elsewhere. The body shop is wonderful though

I was very disappointed with this dealership. The price of the car was $3000 over the sticker price. They only seemed interested in helping me if I financed through them and not my credit union. Just a bad experience overall. I would not recommend them.
