I have worked at Terrace's before and I think they were a very good facility. Everything is always clean and tidy. The patients are treated with respect by most of the aides and nurses. Your always going to have those horrible workers. I was not one of them and I felt like my patients always got very good care. The director is horrible and wont help you but the nurses and most of the aides are wonderful. The receptionists are always great and jane, if shes still there, was the lady to get people to move in....she was absolutely wonderful. Activities ladies were amazing as well. Over all I think its a fantastic facility!
This is not the best place for elderly to be at. Residents won't get food they want, they won't be showered regularly, their medication administration may be skipped. Their needs will be routinely ignored. Nurse Manager is very rude. Director of the facility will ignore your requests. Stay away!
