Mitsuba Japanese Cuisine

This is probably one of the newest eateries in Chatham, but an excellent exception to the normally very "smalltown" feel of Chatham. Not only that, but anything you order is sure to please. The portions are right, the rice is never too oily (like you usually find in restaurants), and the sushi is always fresh and tasty. And, the hot towel they give you before you eat is always a plus.

You can come here with family, with friends or for business. It's always a really great atmosphere. And you'll get the usual Chatham prices but that isn't bad for a sushi place.
