Brittany at Washington Stable is extremely unprofessional. I have been calling and emailing Washington Stable since April to set up a date for our Boy Scout Troop to have a session. First time I called, I gave Brittany 3 dates I was considering. She said she called me back. A week went by, nothing. I called again, she asked me to text her the dates and she will check and get back to me. Another week went by. I texted 3 more times. I emailed Brittany. Week 4, I called several times but no one answers and it keeps going to voice mail. Shocking the voice mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. I tried reaching someone else at the stable, only to be told Brittany is the one that handles scheduling. So I had to deal with her. Week 5, Brittany answers the phone, she can't get to the schedule to check the date because it is raining and the schedule is in her car. Week 6, she agrees on a date and said she will send waiver for the boys to sign. Never received anything in the mail. Meanwhile, I have 12 Boy scout, parents and a merit badge counselor all waiting for me to finalize things with Brittany. Washington Stable advertise the horsemanship merit badge program for Scouts. But they make it impossible to actually make reservations. I think Brittany needs to be fired. If the entire stable is run this way, I seriously don't think any one should patronize this place. Their level of customer service is unacceptable.

Their summer camp program is great. They provide safe horses for beginner to experienced riders, and teach campers how to ride and care for a horse while creating a fun and educational learning environment.

I rode here when they were in Piscataway. Everyone was nice but the poor horses always looked so old and beat. Trail riding is really hard on them. I hope you got new horses.
