This place deserves no stars. The customer service as of august 2009 is terrible. The attendant in the evening is very rude and disrespectful. She has the nature of unpleasantness. She closes the store earlier than its usual time and while folding a customers laundry order, she has been on the phone the whole time. Is she really working or does she really get paid to socialize with friends on the phone?

Despite the larger facility, this shady business outsources their drycleaning to R and C Dry cleaning in Union City. The first and last time I sent my dry cleaning there, I dropped off 9 pieces on Monday and was told I could pick them back up Thursday after 7pm. I didn't get my clothes until 6pm Saturday! When I went to pick up my clothes the staff member told me casually that they didn't get my clothes in and I was the third person that day to not get their clothes back. They didn't seem to be very concerned at all about my missing clothing. It was then I found out that the dry cleaning was not done on the premises. I was told that my clothes would probably be dropped off at 11:30a - Noon the next day. When I called the next morning, I was told 5pm. I went by personally at 2pm and checked. The guy told me vaguely that I should just come back at 6pm. He didn't bother to call R and C dry cleaning until I became more upset and then vaguely again told me 5pm. When I came back at 5pm, he was a little more helpful after the delivery had still not arrived. By the time I got my clothes it was 6pm, and I had wasted an entire day on this! Through the entire process the staff members were callous, nonchalant, uncaring, and when I asked for the owner, they said Eric Pearson was "out of town." At no point in the entire 2 day process was I offered a discount or compensation for my missing items. When I got my clothes back finally, I told the staff member I wasn't paying for the mistreatement and he became phsyically violent. He lunged at me and ripped the clothes from me. I thought he was physically going to hurt me.

Pros: It might be close to your home/work but..

Cons: They don't dry clean your clothes on their premises.
