Went there, told the guy I needed oil change. They took the key and the car. I went in, sit down, and waited.

Two hours passed, I asked what happened, is the car going to be ready anytime soon? they said they NEEDED my confirmation to do an oil change, and nothing has been done and the car is just sitting there parked. What the ****? I waited two hours there, and there were at least 7 employees walking around and they couldn't ask: oh why is there a piece of paper with a set of keys sitting there for TWO fricking hours? Why did they just take my keys and car after I told the guy I need an oil change without even confirming what needs to be done to the car?

If it wasn't for the free oil change service that comes with the car I bought there, I would never service my vehicle there. The service department is horrible and assumes that customers know their work flow. Look elsewhere when you want someone to really care about servicing your car. Not to mention the ridiculous prices for simple things like changing filters and "cleaning" (both over $70)--- then again it's a dealer so I did not deduct points from there. But keep this in mind, when you pay for their services, you are not paying for speedy and reliable customer service.

Long story short me and my husband went to lease a new 2010 vehicle the sales man Jay Kim knew nothing about the lease terms, features of vehicle or pricing he had to keep running to the front desk for every question i asked. Dean the sales mngr. came over and had the answers. We signed the papers but after coming home changed our mind about this dealership I had a bad feeling. So we called and a day later finally got through to Jay and i explained i wanted to cancel the contract within the 3 day state law. he reply was Ahhhh ooookkkkk I do for you. I wasnt safisfied with that so i called Dean now he wants us to come back in...No way i wanted my 500 dep refunded and that was it. One month and 10 unanswered phone calls and I had to contact Am. Express and file a dispute cause i paid finance charges on the 500. sale. Unreal definitly do your homework and be carefull pulling in and out of the dealership its a death trap.

I had bought a vehicle here after seeing it advertised in my Sunday paper at a specific price. I went to Open Road to buy this particular vehicle and the price they gave me was much higher than it was advertised. I showed them the advertisement and they matched the price. They told me there was a typographical error, but they still matched the price. They didn't give me a hard time. Once the paperwork was signed... I was out of there in about an hour. I have bought vehicles from other places and have literally spent all afternoon there waiting for paperwork, financing, etc.
THe only bad thing is, this place is busy on weekends so be prepared to wait your turn.

This is located off of a busy highway so accessibility is dangerous. The service here is mediocre in that there aren't as many workers as there are customers. Expect to be a middle class citizen here, no special treatments.

I went in with a price in mind, and they met it, and I got all the options I wanted. The deal went quickly and I didn't have to sit around and wait for them to do the paperwork. It was done fast. Other times I"ve gotten cars I waited around for financing and such, but this ran smoothly. I was free to test drive a car that I knew was out of my reach, but he let me drive it knowing I wouldn't even consider buying it at this stage in my life. They were friendly, not pushy, and helpful. I'd go back there again!
